Gong Linna was born in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province in 1975. She began singing on stage at the age of five. From 1992 to 1999, he studied at the Middle School Affiliated to the China Conservatory of Music and the University, where he studied national vocal music under Professor Zou Wenqin. In 2000, she won the silver medal in the 9th National Young Singer Competition for singing "Moderate Tears". In 2002, her performance of "Peacock Flying" won the first place in the national folk song rankings. His representative works include "Mottled Bamboo Tears", "Peacock Flying", "Walking to the West Exit", "Uneasy", "Walking the Road of Life", "Snowy Night", "Lovesickness", etc. In the spring of 2003, she came to Dafang, northwest Guizhou, to film "I Love My Hometown Dujuan Red" as an ode to her hometown. In 2005, he settled in Germany and performed Chinese new art songs on the international stage.
