When the body becomes swollen, of course the first thing to do is to open up the lymphatic system to drain water and reduce swelling!
Face: There is a small depression 1cm directly below the cheekbones. Use your thumb to press it upwards. It will feel sour and can drain the water from the face. Body: ***There are three places where lymph gathers.
1. The clavicular fossa. Press alternately with your fingers. Don’t use too much force. A slight feeling of soreness is enough;
2. For the armpits, use four thumbs to press the two armpits alternately with a little force;
3. For the groin, use your thumbs to press and gently rub the inner 1/3 of the groin. Pay attention to pressing the lymph nodes from top to bottom. After the lymphatic system is opened, the water will naturally be discharged from the body. In addition, regarding yoga in the morning, my suggestion is to do some stretching movements, such as cat stretch, triangle pose, and simple twisting pose. Because you haven't eaten in the early morning, your body has insufficient energy, and you are a beginner, so you should not do strong movements. Stretching and twisting movements will wake the body up from sleep as quickly as possible. The body will be smooth from top to bottom, ensuring that the whole day energy. Also be careful not to move your head downward, otherwise you will easily get dizzy. Some movements can achieve the same effect while sitting. Coupled with gentle yoga music, I believe early morning yoga will make you energetic for the day~
