The main function of the National Copyright Administration is to implement the copyright laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. It also accepts the entrustment of the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee to draft copyright laws; it also accepts the entrustment of the State Council of the People's Republic of China to draft administrative regulations related to copyright.
