A native of Kashgar, Xinjiang, Uyghur nationality, folk musician. In the 26th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1900), he composed the famous song "Tashwayi", which is one of the outstanding works of modern Uyghur music creation.

One day he saw a tax collector oppressing a farmer on the street. Mu Wumin died on the spot. Tashwayi was holding Revafu in the yard with a heavy heart, thinking about the tragic past and injustice. According to his mood, he picked up Revafu and started playing. From this, Revaif's outstanding work "Tashwayi" Birth. (The popular "Tashwayi" today was modified by later generations.) At that time, "Tashwayi" was very influential, and the sound of the piano could be heard throughout Kashgar.
