2. How to take good care of your ears

Workers who work in a noisy environment for a long time should wear protective earmuffs.

(1) Try not to use the Walkman or use it as little as possible, especially avoid excessive volume. (2) Stay away from or avoid setting off large fireworks and firecrackers to prevent noise-induced deafness.

(3) Sudden tinnitus and deafness on one side should not be taken lightly. You should consult an otologist immediately to avoid delaying the best opportunity for treatment. (4) If there is earwax embolism in the ear canal, you should go to the hospital and have it removed by a specialist.

In addition, patients with presbycusis should go to a good hospital for examination and choose appropriate hearing aids to improve their quality of life. If you often use MP3 or Walkman, here is the correct way to use it: ① Choose headphones with good quality, low noise, and adjustable volume. If the sound is too loud, you can adjust it in time.

②The music sound intensity is best controlled below 80 decibels so that it feels comfortable and pleasant. ③The listening time with headphones should not be too long.

3. Ear health

There is a section of skin in the ear (1/3 cartilage section outside the external auditory canal) that is different from the skin elsewhere in the body. There is a modified sweat gland called a cerumen gland. Its structure is somewhat similar to the sweat glands of the skin.

The skin of the external auditory canal, like the skin elsewhere, also has a sebaceous gland that secretes a kind of oil. From a physiological point of view, these secretions in the ear glands are discharged outward through the openings from time to time.

At first, the secretions just spit out from the cerumen glands look a bit like melted wax. They mix with the oil discharged by the sebaceous glands to form a thin layer attached to the surface of the skin. These original earwax are collected together with the dust in the ear canal and the fallen skin debris. After drying, they become small pieces of light yellow loose flake-shaped earwax, which accumulate in the eyes of the ear canal.

Some people have excessive secretion of cerumine glands and sebaceous glands, and the discharged brown-yellow, oily and viscous substance accumulates in the eyes of the external canal before drying, and some even flow out of the ears. Some aggregate into clumps, which are collectively called soft earwax, commonly known as "oily earwax", and medically called oily earwax. There are also some people whose cerumen glands secrete particularly strongly; the earwax cannot be discharged, and gradually dries and gathers into dark brown hard lumps, sometimes as hard as stones, which tightly block the external auditory canal, commonly known as hard earwax. Medically, it is called earwax embolism.

If you find ear plugs, especially after water enters the ear canal, and the ears swell causing ear fullness, hearing loss or even earache, you should ask a specialist to deal with it. Do not remove it randomly to avoid earache. Cause inflammation of the ear canal. .

4. How to perform ear health exercises

Lift the earlobe. After placing the index fingers of both hands on the inside of the tragus, use the index finger and thumb to lift the tragus and earlobe from the inside to the outside. From light to heavy, the pulling force is limited to pain-free, and lasts for three to five minutes each time.

This exercise mainly involves moving the ears, which can treat headaches, dizziness, neurasthenia, tinnitus and other diseases. Massage the helix with your hands. Make empty fists with both hands and rub the helix up and down with your thumb and index fingers until the helix is ??congested and warmed.

This exercise is mainly used to dredge the blood vessels in the ears, which can strengthen the brain and kidneys, improve ears and eyesight. Long-term exercise can prevent and treat impotence, frequent urination, constipation, low back and leg pain, cervical spondylosis and other diseases. To lift the tip of the ear, use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the tip of the ear gallery, lift it up, knead, pinch, and rub it dozens of times to make the area hot and red.

This exercise mainly activates the tip of the ear and promotes blood circulation. It can calm, relieve pain, clear the brain and improve eyesight, reduce fever, fight allergies, nourish the kidneys, etc. Long-term exercise can prevent and treat high blood pressure, Insomnia, strep throat and skin diseases. Rub the earlobes of both ears. Gently pinch the earlobes of both ears with both hands, and then rub them until they become red and hot.

Then grab the earlobe and pull it down, then let go and let the earlobe bounce back. Two or three times a day, twenty times each time.

This exercise is mainly to comprehensively promote blood circulation in the ears, so as to strengthen the kidneys and waist. To pressurize the ear canal, close your lips tightly, place two index fingers inside the opening of the external auditory canal, and gently rotate the two fingers.

After 3 to 5 seconds, release the two index fingers and repeat this action 3 times. Deafness can be prevented by increasing the bearing capacity of the eardrum through the force generated by rapid finger withdrawal.

5. How to take good care of your ears

The ears are indispensable "receivers" for language communication and music appreciation.

All types of deafness can be prevented. Presbycusis is related to cerebral arteriosclerosis, insufficient blood supply to the brain, and is also related to noise. Improper medication can worsen deafness.

Hearing loss in the elderly can be delayed if health care is strengthened. (1) Hearing without hearing: Different sounds or languages ??are a kind of stimulation to the brain.

Therefore, do not listen to things that are harmful to your health, and the volume should be appropriate. You should also listen selectively when listening to the radio.

(2) Do not listen to noise for a long time: Noise-induced deafness may occur if you listen to noise for a long time. Strong sounds can cause more damage to hearing, so you can avoid it by covering your mouth and ears.

If you listen for a long time, you should take a break to avoid listening fatigue. If you have a long meeting without taking a break, the effect will be reduced. (3) Knocking on the Tiangu: *** Close your eyes and rest your mind, put the palms of your hands tightly against the two ear holes, place the five fingers on the back of the ear, tap the back of the head with the index finger, middle finger and ring finger 24 times, and then quickly remove the palms of both hands. Ear piercing, do this 10 times in a row.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this exercise can refresh the brain, strengthen the will, improve ears and eyesight, and can prevent ear diseases. (4) Frequent ear swelling: Use both hands to press and rub the two auricles, and then pull the two auricles until they become hot and red. Repeat this many times.

This can be done after beating the heavenly drum. (5) Prevent drug damage: Some antibiotics, such as streptomycin, kanamycin, gentaxin and chloramphenicol, can cause drug-induced deafness, so try not to use them or use them sparingly.

6. What are the methods for ear health care?

The first trick is to sing the Tiangu. Many people have this experience, that is, good ears, good kidneys, and good sleep.

Many of us have played drums, ranging from small rattles to large cowhide drums, but there is a kind of drum that is closely related to your ear health, and that is the "Tiangu". "Ming Tiangu" is a traditional health care method in my country.

The method is very simple. First cover your ears with the palms of your hands, and then gently tap the occiput on the back of your head with the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands. The sound will be like beating a drum, so the ancients called it "Mingtian" drum". Insist on repeating it 64 times every day before going to bed, or 32 times in the morning and evening. No matter where you are, there are basically no restrictions on location. If you persist every day, you can prevent and treat vertigo, tinnitus, deafness, inner ear diseases, etc.

Sounding the drum before going to bed can also help improve sleep conditions. The second move is Danfengfu, which can remove tinnitus and other diseases.

Cover your ears with the palms of both hands, and gently tap the area near Fengfu point 36 times with the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands.

This point is located 1 inch directly above the middle of the posterior hairline. Touch behind the earlobe and there is a convex bone called the "mastoid". From the bottom of this bone along the posterior edge, touch the upper bone and there will be a shallow depression.

Then plug the ear opening with your index finger, press the ear door, and release it 3 times each. Adhering to this method can enhance hearing, refresh the brain and clear the mind, and can prevent and treat dizziness, tinnitus, auricularia, brain ringing and other diseases.

The third trick is to rub the earlobes. Many elderly people say that people with big earlobes are blessed. In fact, no matter the size of the earlobe, as long as you remember it and rub it regularly, it will also bring you health benefits. How to rub your earlobes? Place both hands at the base of the ears, with the index and middle fingers placed in front and behind the ears, with the middle finger in front of the ear and the index finger behind the ear.

Then start from the earlobe, hold the ear and push it upward, paying attention to a certain degree of strength, and keep it close to the auricle until the tip of the ear. 50 times a day.

After rubbing your earlobes regularly, you will find that your ears are no longer as afraid of freezing as before, and it can also help to cheer up your spirit, protect your eyesight and help you lose weight on your face. The fourth trick is to rub the two hearts. There is an acupuncture point on the soles of our feet called Yongquan point, and there is also an acupuncture point on the palm of our hands, which is the Laogong point. This point is on the tip of the ring finger when making a fist and flexing the fingers.

Regularly pressing Yongquan point can nourish the kidneys, while regular pressing of Laogong point can strengthen the heart. The heart-to-heart connection between the soles of the feet and the palms helps to connect the heart and kidneys and relieve ear symptoms.

When we have nothing to do, we usually sit on the bed or sofa, cross our left and right hands, rub the soles of our feet with our palms, or pat the soles of our feet with our palms, which is the "two hearts" ear protection method. If you are interested , might as well give it a try.
