First of all, it's airplane model. An elective course at Xigong University is probably called airplane model making. In short, airplane models are all kinds of small planes made of wood, carbon fiber, foam and other materials, equipped with electronic equipment, and remotely controlled, which can fly into the sky. Xigong University also has a model airplane team, which is also very famous. The airplane made by this elective course is simpler than that of the model airplane team. There is an art education center in Xigong University, which often organizes various activities, such as elegant art entering the campus, and the students' art troupe of Xigong University often performs. The art education center also holds some experiential handicraft classes, which I participated in twice, one is to make sachets and the other is to make water paintings. The materials are provided by the art education center, and you can take your own works with you after you finish.

water painting is to pour a viscous transparent substance into a plate, then pour various pigments on the water surface (actually not water), draw the pigments into the desired shape with a plastic stick, and then spread the cloth on the water surface. Pigments and "water" are insoluble, so it will stick to the cloth. The principle is similar to nail art. At that time, we used this cloth to make the cover of a book, and the teacher would teach us some basic drawing methods and how to do it.

Then there is physical education class. I need to go to physical education class as a freshman and a sophomore at Xigong University. I chose sports dance and basketball. Sports dance means ballroom dancing and so on. I can basically learn it without any foundation. Xigong University really attaches great importance to basketball, and the teachers, equipment, venues and configurations are in place. Physical education class doesn't need any foundation to choose basketball. You can learn it as long as you want, but dribbling and layup during class are also physically exhausting, so it is not easy to stick to it if you are not interested.

This is a match between an NBA team and an Italian Pecero team at Xigong University a few days ago. At that time, students were very popular in grabbing tickets, and the stadium with 4, people was almost packed.

For general education, Mr. Gao Shu Lu Quan, Mr. Liu Zhe, Mr. Zhou Kai, and Mr. Gao Jie, an English teacher (here, the teacher's name was "Jie" in the course selection system at that time, and it became simplified after typing the traditional answer here). These are the teachers I contacted who impressed me very much. Elective courses include painting basics, piano playing basics, PS, video editing, Tang poetry and Song poetry, and drama appreciation, covering a very wide range. Most students don't know much about other colleges in professional courses, so we should ask our seniors and sisters after entering the school.

If you choose a course, you'd better choose it with interest, especially if you choose an elective course. You will gain a lot. If you just want to get credits, college life will be less fun and you will miss the opportunity to learn something.
