Without the headphones plugged in, adjusting the sound shows the headphone sound. It should be that the Apple phone has entered the headphone mode.
It may be caused by failure of the micro switch of the headphone jack, moisture, water, or foreign matter.
If there is foreign matter in the headphone jack, it is recommended to go directly to after-sales service to solve the problem.
If it is caused by other reasons, try the following methods to release the headphone mode:
1; Restart the phone or plug and unplug the headset quickly several times until the headset mode is released.
2; Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to rotate and wipe the headphone plug and mobile phone jack (the plug or jack may be oxidized) and try.
3; Connect the headphones to the interface, turn on the iPod to listen to music, then press pause, press the home button to return, turn off the iPhone (without using other third-party software), unplug the headphones, and then turn on the phone.
4; If unsuccessful, try a few more times and it still doesn’t work. Press and hold power home to perform a hard reset. Then when the white apple appears, pull out the headset to release the headset mode.
