Xu Changjun, Dean of Tianjin Conservatory of Music, is the dean and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Tianjin Conservatory of Music. He also serves as a doctoral supervisor and deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Central Conservatory of Music. He is also a member of the Sixth State Council Discipline Appraisal Group. He serves as a member of the National Steering Committee for Art Teaching in Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education and as deputy director of the Music Professional Branch.
