The variety show "The Voice of Dreams" is an inspirational music competition reality show launched by Zhejiang Satellite TV. The "Voice of Dreams" program uses a competition method to allow top singers and dream-chasing singers to directly compete face-to-face with "technical skills" and compete in singing skills. The contestants choose their own songs to sing, and the mentor who is being asked for advice needs to choose a song from the "Surprising Song List" to adapt and sing.

In the show, the Dream Singer opens his voice in an energy ball on the stage, and the audience decides to open the energy ball. After the energy ball is turned on, the players appear, and the instructor can recommend players. Each time a player receives a recommendation from a mentor, a set of robotic arms will merge.
