More than ten years ago, Zheng Jun encountered yoga when he was urgently ill and sought medical treatment. This is also a kind of fate, a situation that does not require much time to question before surrendering. Because of the climax of his acting career and his long-term unhealthy living habits, Zheng Jun's body and mind fell apart. "Immunity is reduced, I can't sleep well, and I have neurasthenia." He still looks sad when he recalls the situation at that time. "After seeing the doctor and asking the doctor, many methods were of no use." Zheng Jun said bluntly: "What I need is not a religion, what I need is a way, a way to solve the problem. Yoga mediates all aspects of my physical and mental problems and makes me feel better." For the first time, I realized that life can still be lived in such a relaxed and happy state. This recipe is really effective."
Many people know that Zheng Jun is over 10 years old. A senior yoga practitioner for ten years. But he always corrected everyone humbly. His real practice began in the past six or seven years when he met his current master, Agaba Rinpoche: "When I met the master at that time, it was his first time to teach. In the suburbs of Beijing. We were in seclusion for three days. Our phones were confiscated when we entered. We stopped talking. The students did not talk to each other or communicate with the outside world. They just kept to themselves. "We got up at 6 o'clock every morning and went to class at 6:30. Master gives lectures, leads meditation, practices yoga, and then practices meditation and breathing.
The meals are all vegetarian. Everyone takes the meal and sits back in his seat, eats in silence, puts the plate back, rests for a while, and then goes to class until 9:30 in the evening. Then they go back to their respective rooms to sleep and start the next day again. It was this three-day retreat course that opened a new direction for Zheng Jun's life: "Master doesn't just talk about meditation and yoga. He talks about what is going on with people, what is going on with the human body, worries and pain How it came about.
This was of great help to me at that time." Since then, Zheng Jun has continued to practice with his master. He said: "I am a pragmatist. The most important thing is that learning this thing really works for me. I will insist on learning it and using it, otherwise no matter how mysterious it is, it will not work for me. , it is also meaningless.”
In Tibetan, yoga is called NELJOR. NEL refers to the original state of all things, which is like emptiness. JOR is the process of the existence of all things, which refers to impermanence. NEL and JOR both refer to the original state and reflected state of all things in the world. Therefore, yoga is about everyone returning to their original state.
Zheng Jun introduced: "Tibetan Tantric Yoga is mainly an auxiliary method for practice and secret methods. In the practice, it focuses on the clear connection between Qi, pulses and bright points. There are differences between Indian Yoga and Tibetan Tantric Yoga. There are also contents that are integrated with each other. For example, Tibetan Buddhism’s kowtow and worship with the whole body on the ground come from the Himalayan tradition, which is not found in Indian religious culture.
Why are there so many kowtows? , in fact, this is a complete set of yoga movements: when you kowtow, put your hands together, touch your forehead, touch your mouth, touch your chest, indicating the integration of body, speech, and mind, plus breathing. These are all ancient Himalayan practices. Method. Zheng Jun said with emotion, “I am very lucky to have seen, met and even studied under some of the best masters alive today, including some of the great masters of Dzogchen Buddhism, as well as Master Iyengar who arrived in 2011. When I came to Beijing, I had the honor to kneel down and worship. They were very compassionate, taught me a lot, and changed my life. I am especially grateful to them. ”
Twenty years of uninhibitedness, ten years of practice. For Zheng Jun, at that moment, everything was turned upside down.
The Zheng Jun in front of him, his body exuded metal in the quenching hell. The stable texture it presents is the process in which the steel is quenched, tempered, and cooled in the furnace to eliminate its own internal stress, enhance the hardness and strength, improve the ductility and toughness, and soften the properties of water and fire. Although it seems to be extremely contradictory to rock and roll, one is extremely quiet and the other is extremely dynamic, the combination produces an unparalleled energy effect in Zheng Jun.
Zheng Jun said: "Yoga makes people gradually return during the practice. The origin of life, until the end of practice, is completely in a state of concentration.
During the process of meditation, you can experience the peace and joy of life itself. It is extremely quiet, but at the same time, the inner life energy is flowing, and there is movement in this level; and the passionate performance of rock music can make your inner accumulation Emotions are vented. People are flipping and jumping on the stage, which is a state of extreme movement, but when you reach a critical point, you will suddenly feel the extreme silence in your mind. At this moment, you can completely surrender yourself to that unknown power."
Zheng Jun Hu Diao: Yoga and rock and roll are about seeking stillness in movement and movement in stillness. It is very difficult to unify the two. Only the blending of movement and stillness can achieve balance, just like yin and yang, as Taoism says: the anode. Yin is born, yin and yang are born.
“In my opinion, the reason why Tantra is great is that it tells you that all human emotions and six desires have a powerful force. The problem is that this power, you will Use it or not. For example, if you use arsenic correctly, it is medicine; if you use it wrongly, it is poison. "
Zheng Jun analyzed the two "medicines" of yoga and rock and roll:
Yoga brings the state of life into balance. "According to Tibetan tradition, it is to allow the internal energy to reach a certain level. Pingjie. The human body is made up of the five elements. Only when these five elements are balanced in the body can the body and mind be happy. If the five elements are out of balance, illness and bad emotions will occur.
Rock and roll, let life energy be released to the maximum extent. "When you are in a rock state, you are in extreme emotions. The release of this emotion may hurt you, or it may heal you. After training and learning Tibetan Tantric Yoga, these energies can be used for your own use. On the contrary, no People who understand, you may get lost in this energy. If you still have awareness in the passion of rock and roll, you will get extraordinary feelings.
Rock and roll and yoga. "It has been of great help to my own healing and reconstruction."
Zheng Jun said this on his birthday: "Master said, what is life? Life is all kinds of feelings." It feels so good to live peacefully for another year, doing what I love, and being loved by others. Although it’s just a feeling, I want to thank everyone who allows me to still feel it.”
Having experienced the rock and roll life that reincarnates in a blink of an eye, Zheng Jun describes the ideal life in his heart, which is what he sings about and what he sees:
Bodhi tree, mirror stand, moonlight and lotus;
The heartbeat of the world is the laughter of children;
The silent prayer is the prayer flags floating in the wind...
Fernando Pe Soa said: "A wise man makes his life monotonous." Even if we don't get guidance at the beginning and let the wolf in our hearts walk with us, everything will eventually become what we are inside. ”
