5. Requirements and instructions:

Vocal music: Bring your own accompaniment, preferably healthy and uplifting campus songs, folk songs, and excellent popular songs. The performance form is not limited.

Calligraphy: You must submit a work for selection when registering, and only the selected candidates can participate in the on-site competition.

Painting and photography: Only submissions will be submitted, no on-site competition will be organized. Please write down your shift and name on your works. Calligraphy, painting, and photography works should be submitted to Teacher Xu Hongjie of the Education Office on a class basis before 5:00 pm on Friday the 13th day of the week (November 30). Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Award evaluation:

1. The school will award outstanding organization awards to classes that actively register, participate in the art festival and achieve good results; winners of various competitions will be awarded The "Hundred Flowers Award" was given to the "May 1st" commendation conference, and at the same time, some outstanding first-class programs were included in the school's New Year's Day theatrical performance for display.

The evaluation of the Arts Festival Outstanding Organization Award includes 20% of the number of applicants and 80% of the results (40% for individual competitions and 40% for group competitions). Proportion of organizational awards: 30% of the class quota for each grade is selected, with liberal arts and sciences points for high school sophomores.

7. Notes:

1. The head teachers, cultural and entertainment committee members, and participating students of each class should pay attention to the notices from the Education Department to avoid delaying the competition. The literary and art department of the student union of each grade group will announce the competition items, time, and location in a prominent position on the grade group bulletin board the day before the competition.

2. Each class is required to submit the registration form to the teacher of the Education Department before 17:00 pm on the twelfth Wednesday (November 21). Failure to submit it after the expiration date will automatically result in a waiver.

Chorus: Two songs for each class, the school song is a required song (sing a section), and one of your own choice (the song is a song about the motherland). Each class prepares its own accompaniment. Please send the accompaniment music to the email address: xx one day in advance and indicate the class.
