April 3.
Stand for one and a half hours in the morning and one hour and twenty minutes in the evening.
In the morning, I stood relatively stable and relaxed, and my mind was very calm. For a while, the back of my head felt painful and swollen. Do exercises for 15 minutes.
From 5:40 to 7 o'clock in the afternoon. Standing very stable, very relaxed and very comfortable. My legs kept getting hot, both front and back. Do the second pose for about twenty minutes. When I inhale, I feel very full of air, my lower abdomen is swollen and my ribs are aching, all the way up to my mid-section. My lower back is also swollen. His hands seemed to be holding a large ball of air.
Then I started to feel sick and wanted to vomit. I quickly stopped and changed to the first stance, but I still couldn't stop feeling nauseated, so I quickly stopped and went to the bathroom to retch for a while, but nothing came out. When I did the second pose the day before yesterday, I started to experience strong gastrointestinal peristalsis, and later I also developed nausea.
Although my stomach’s digestive function is okay now, the problem is actually quite serious. I have been undergoing gastroscopy every year, and it is suspected that I have gastric lymphoma. The test indicators have always been at the critical point of lymphoid hyperplasia, and I have not finally put on the cap. I also have moderate intestinal metaplasia, atrophic gastritis, and a little bit of gastric ulcer. It seems that the nausea caused by doing the second pose is indeed fundamentally adjusting my stomach problem.
When doing the second posture, there is another feeling. It seems that the rolled tail is loosened when you inhale, and then rolled up again when you exhale. Does this feel right?
April 4th.
Get up at 5:15 in the morning and stand for an hour. Very relaxing and quiet.
After breakfast at seven o'clock, we set off to Mingxintang to deliver Zen tea from Miyin Temple to Mr. Ma. Meet Teacher Benhai and Mr. Ma. Mr. Ma happily accepted the tea. I asked him again about the second pose yesterday. Mr. Ma said that this was a disease elimination reaction. You must spit it out, and it will heal after a few times. If you are worried about vomiting on the floor, do the second pose in the bathroom.
Mr. Ma also said that when doing the second pose, the intention should not be too strong, it should be subtle, and the Qi should not be so powerful. As for the loosening of the tail gate, it was also caused by me being too angry.
I also reported to Mr. Ma how I guided my eldest sister and my sister-in-law to stand yesterday. Mr. Ma was very happy to appreciate Xiaomei's effect. I also told Mr. Ma that Wang Lin has a high level of understanding and planned to bring her to meet the teacher together.
Before leaving, Teacher Honkai repeatedly told me to calm down. Whether doing things while standing still or walking, be slow, don't be impatient, and don't overdo it. Thank you very much, I took note of it.
Stand for forty minutes at noon. After you have set up the posture, you don't care about it anymore. You try to stand as loosely and quietly as possible. It feels very comfortable, but after a while it starts to sway. Just let it sway, and the sway is very comfortable.
There is local pain in the stomach after the pile, but it is not serious.
From 3:45pm to 5:15pm, one and a half hours. The first pose lasts for one hour and ten minutes. It is very relaxing and quiet, but there is always a slight shaking. Then I went to the bathroom to do the second pose. After taking two breaths, I started to feel nauseous, and then retched, but I didn't spit it out. After retching for a while, I calmed down and no longer felt nauseous. Then I felt some pain in my stomach, but it was not severe. The pain disappeared after a while, and my stomach felt calmer. Do the second pose for 20 minutes to finish.
April 5th.
Stand for two hours at 5:20 in the morning. Stand by today. It is a stop a little distance away. It feels like something is there or not, like a trance. In the last 30 minutes, do the second stance for 20 minutes and do the exercises for ten minutes. After doing the second pose, I felt slightly nauseous, without retching, and my stomach was basically calm.
In the afternoon, because I didn’t take a nap, I stood for an hour. I was very tired and felt normal.
April 6th.
The morning was strange. I woke up once in the night, around three or four o'clock, and fell asleep again. When I opened my eyes, it was almost seven o'clock. Maybe it's because I've been a little sleepless these days, and my body has made a natural adjustment.
You can’t stand in the early morning stance. Let’s stand in the morning after breakfast.
April 7.
Stand for two hours at 5:20 in the morning. Stand still and close. The heels are very close to the door. After the posture is good, they are gently pressed against the door. In this way, it will be very comfortable to lean against.
Very loose, very quiet and very comfortable. Abdominal breathing is naturally very deep and long, and the breath is very full. Do the second pose after an hour.
The second posture is also completely natural breathing. Inhale very deeply and fill the middle Dantian with energy.
Do exercises for the last 20 minutes. It feels very relaxing, even a little quiet.
I wanted to stand for a while in the afternoon, but I felt very tired after only standing for a few minutes, so I went to take a nap.
Stand for one hour in the evening.
April 8.
Stand up from 5:30 to 6:30 in the morning. Standing slightly apart still puts a lot of pressure on your legs.
In the morning, I came to Mingxintang with my friend and his wife, who were going to Mingxintang for the first time. They were learning Zhanzhuang for the first time, so they asked Teacher Honkai to help them adjust their posture. I came with questions. In the past few days, I always feel that the pressure on my knees is greater than standing alone. The solution is to keep curling my tail. Teacher Honkai said that the problem is that my waist is still not loose enough. Under the step-by-step guidance of Teacher Motokai. I managed to turn my hips over and loosen my waist in place, leaving my heart empty. The feeling of being in place is that the back of the legs is very sore, and the ankles are also very sore. It seems that I am the type of person who has a tight waist, and my back is a bit hunched. Teacher Motokai said that by loosening the waist, the support force behind the legs and the force generated by the heels will become a unified force. At the same time, the waist is relaxed in place, and the heart cavity is freed, making the top and chest lift really effective. This is enough for me to digest for a while.
I stood for an hour in the afternoon, and I have been experiencing the feeling of relaxing my waist in Mingxintang in the morning: my heart is empty, and I feel that the force on the back of my legs and heels is relatively large. In the past, I never understood how my heels exerted force, but today I finally felt the force in my heels. There is another feeling, I don’t know if it’s right or not: it’s as if the buttocks have stood upright and become a whole with the legs. Because I was always looking for the feeling of loosening my waist, I was unable to relax during the entire stance process. Take your time.
April 9.
Stand for two hours at 5:30 in the morning. Do exercises for the next 20 minutes.
When I stood in the stance this morning, my legs and feet were no longer tense. They seemed to relax all of a sudden. The strength of the back of the leg and the heel were connected, and I felt the feeling of force in the heel. I stood very comfortably. I finally understand what it means to sit on my heels. There are also heels that sit completely on the back of the head, or the back of the head sits directly on the heels. I found some meaning.
In addition, I feel like there is a bend in the back of my leg, which looks like this shape "(". This must be an illusion, right?
I feel more relaxed when doing exercises. I feel like I'm about to fall asleep.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon.
April 10th.
Stand for two hours. The feeling is basically the same as yesterday. The back of the waist and the sacrum are still bulging, and the pain in that area continues. At first, it was easy to stand, and then the pain became more severe and it became a full stand to relieve the pressure on the waist.
I still feel drowsy after doing exercises for the last 20 minutes. Today I feel like doing Bagua exercises on the soles of my feet, which is like a massage.
In the afternoon. Hours later, my waist was no longer sore and I could stand more easily. My right eye felt swollen and painful for a while, and I lost vision in that eye.
April 11th.
She stood for two hours in the morning. It was very relaxed, very quiet, and very comfortable.
My friend came over in the morning and asked me to help her adjust her posture. I stood with her for half of it. When I was young, my friend said that she got angry and had blisters on her mouth after doing Zhanzhuang. When I helped her adjust her posture, I found that her hips and waist were tightened because of the contraction of her abdomen, so her breathing was always not smooth, which caused her heartbeat. The fire could not come down and moved upwards, causing blisters on the lips and other symptoms. After I helped her adjust her posture, she stood comfortably for half an hour and said her breathing became smoother and her breath was relieved.
I stood in the stance position for an hour. I felt relaxed and comfortable. My lower abdomen felt full and my ribs were stretched. So I did the second stance exercise for a few minutes. I started to feel nauseous, so I quickly went to the bathroom and vomited while doing it. I vomited all the contents in my stomach three times before I felt better.
April 12th < /p>
I stood for two hours in the morning. The first hour was very comfortable. After an hour, my back started to hurt and I couldn’t stand. I stood for a while and then did the exercises for the last ten minutes. .
For a period of time, my breathing became very thin and weak, and I had an idea: Is fetal breath coming? As a result, this kind of breathing is gone.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Very relaxing, natural and comfortable. For a short while, my elbows, shoulders, ears, and face felt warm. In the last ten minutes of doing the second pose, the air went up to the back of your head during the first two inhales, giving you a numbing feeling (it was the same when doing the second pose yesterday afternoon). No nausea or vomiting today.
April 13th.
I stood for two hours at 4:40 in the morning. The music time in the first hour seemed to be over in a short time. In the second hour, I was a little unable to stand due to an empty stomach, so I stood and swayed for a while. In the last ten minutes, I started working. I stood for an hour in the afternoon. It was very relaxing and quiet. The soles of my feet felt warm, as did the back of my feet and my waist. It's very comfortable. It feels like abdominal breathing has stretched all the ribs. The day before yesterday, it only stretched the lower edge of the ribs. After doing the second pose for a while, I stretched everything from the waist down, opened my ribs, and felt very hot. There was a lot of sweat on my head and neck. Finally, I did the exercise for ten minutes.
April 14th.
I started to stand for two hours in the morning. I felt relaxed and comfortable in the first hour, but I felt a little unsteady in the back. I stood while listening to Master Yuan Hui’s exercise tips. Do the exercises in the last ten minutes.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Today, the right side of my head is a little swollen and painful, and my left rib is a little sore. It will be better after I finish the exercise.
April 15th.
Stand for two hours at 5:30 in the morning. It feels relaxed and natural, and the posture has been restored, basically relatively fixed. Do the second pose for the next half hour. The breath in the second pose is very relaxed. The breath from the lower dantian to the upper dantian is natural, effortless, and more comfortable. Do the exercises in the last ten minutes.
This morning when I was doing Zhanzhuang, my gastrointestinal reaction was quite severe and I was squirming all the time, but I felt very comfortable.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. After standing in the first pose for a while, I felt that my energy was very strong and kept swelling upwards, so I directly changed to the second pose. Standing for an hour. I feel comfortable all over my body, my breathing is refreshing, and I feel very comfortable. But after half an hour, I started to feel a little nauseous again, so I went to the bathroom and continued standing. After vomiting a few mouthfuls of sticky stuff, I didn't vomit anymore, and everything returned to normal. An hour later, I still had more to say and didn't want to stop.
April 16.
Stand for two hours in the morning, and do the first pose one and a half hours beforehand, which is relaxing and natural. In the last few dozen minutes, I swayed a little and leaned against the cabinet gently, standing there for an hour and a half. I did the exercises for the last half hour and felt very comfortable.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. When standing in the second pose, I feel that my breathing is very smooth and relaxed, but my hamstrings are a bit weak and will always relax, requiring adjustments from time to time. In addition, after finishing the exercise, I felt cold all over. I don’t know why.
April 17.
Stand for two hours in the morning. Stand quietly for the first hour and stand still for the next 40 minutes. Do the exercises for the last 30 minutes. I found that the feeling of Qi during the exercise was particularly strong. Every time I inhaled, my entire ribs were filled with me, and I fell into deep stillness, entering a trance-like state. When I stopped and inhaled, the pores on the top of my head suddenly appeared, and when I exhaled, the soles of my feet surged with heat. , I found that the effect of Qigong is really amazing.
April 18.
Stand up for two hours and ten minutes in the morning. The first step is one and a half hours. It was very relaxing and quiet, and I fell into a trance-like state for a while. It feels good when you finish. Perform the exercise one hundred times on the left and right sides for nearly forty minutes. The whole time he seemed to be asleep, in a trance. When I finished the exercise, I still felt that my scalp was tingling and my Yongquan point was hot. After withdrawing the power three times, it seemed that it was still not recovered. After withdrawing it a few more times, I finally gathered my breath.
I stood for an hour in the afternoon and did the second pose for 20 minutes. My waist hurt a little, so I changed to the first pose. Do the exercises for the last ten minutes. I went out to do errands at noon today and didn't take a nap. I just stood around in the afternoon.
April 19.
Stand for two hours in the morning. Do exercises for the last 20 minutes. Relatively relaxing. Warmth in the groin.
In the afternoon, stand for one hour, focusing on the second pose. Finally I moved for ten minutes. The second pose is relatively easy to do. Breathe gently and slowly, and still have enough energy. I did it for 40 minutes.
April 20
One and a half hours early. The first style is relaxing and natural. After twenty minutes of exercise, I sincerely thank my sister-in-law for her help, correcting my hand movements and breathing, and using the correct posture.
At noon, stand outdoors for half an hour in the first position.
The sun was basking on my back, making it warm and comfortable.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. The first pose lasted forty minutes. I was in particularly good condition this afternoon. My whole body was very relaxed. Except for a little feeling in my head, neck and heels, there was no point of stress in my whole body. There is a very warm feeling on the body, as if something is slowly flowing inside. It feels very comfortable. It is really a kind of enjoyment. After standing for thirty minutes, my knees started to hurt. When I lowered my head, I saw that my feet were tilted outwards. I quickly straightened myself up and my knees relaxed. Ten minutes after standing there, I started to sweat all over my body, and then I stopped. In the last twenty minutes, do 50 exercises each. I found that the exercise had a particularly strong reaction on the gastrointestinal tract, and the intestinal peristalsis was very strong.
April 21.
Stand for one hour in the morning. Feeling average.
Stand for two hours in the afternoon. The first formula is 1 hour and 40 minutes. At the beginning, the whole body feels hot. After the whole body heat subsided, I felt that my groin was still burning. After standing for 20 minutes, my breathing changed. I no longer breathed actively through my mouth and nose, and my Dantian did not rise and fall. I just felt a slight breath coming in and out of my nose. It lasted for about an hour until it was over. Finally do the exercises for 20 minutes.
I remember getting up at night a few days ago and found under the light that the palms and backs of my hands were all red. I don’t know why.
One question is, if this is the breathing state, if you want to do the second pose, do you have to actively return to natural breathing before doing it?
April 22.
In the morning, stand for two hours and do the first pose for one and a half hours, all with deep breathing. It was very relaxing and quiet, and I felt like time passed quickly. It takes ten minutes to do the second posture. It is still a thin breathing method, but the Qi cannot be transferred from the lower Dantian to the middle Dantian. It seems that this breathing method cannot be used in the second posture. Do exercises for the last 20 minutes.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. I breathed naturally for the first 30 minutes, and my Dantian was very swollen. In the next 25 minutes, the breathing will naturally turn into fine breathing. There is no spontaneous breathing, but there is still a slight airflow in and out of the nose. An hour later, I was still a little unsatisfied. When I finish the exercise, I feel a strong sense of Qi, and the scalp on the back of my head feels slightly numb.
April 23.
Stand for two hours in the morning. The first formula is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Breathe naturally for the first ten minutes and then automatically switch to fine breathing. After standing alone for an hour, my legs were a little tired, so I switched to standing for 40 minutes, breathing slowly all the time. In the last 20 minutes, perform the exercise one hundred times on the left and right sides.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. There is another change in my breathing today. It is not that there is no feeling of breathing at all, but there is a faint and weak feeling of breathing, which is as if it is alive or not, if it is not there, it is particularly long. The direction of Qi in the Dantian is also different. It does not expand outward, but rises from the lower Dantian to the middle Dantian.
After I stood up, the outer edge of the forefoot of my left foot hurt.
April 24.
Stand up for 1 hour and 50 minutes in the morning. Single station for the first hour and single station for the next 20 minutes. In the last 20 minutes, perform 100 exercises each. Today's breathing state is similar to yesterday, that is, subtle breathing, vague and absent.
Standing for 1 hour and 10 minutes in the afternoon. Standing slightly, I feel very comfortable and relaxed. The breath is abdominal breathing, and you feel the energy rising to the middle Dantian, which is very powerful. After standing for forty or fifty minutes, the outside of the forefoot of both feet hurts. Finally, do the exercises for ten minutes.
April 25th.
Stand for two hours in the morning. Standing alone for the first hour was relatively relaxing and natural. Later, my back ached and my legs were tired, so I switched to standing. I immediately felt comfortable and stood for another 40 minutes. Always breathing abdominally. Do exercises for the last 20 minutes. There is no soreness on either side of the forefoot today.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. There is a palm-sized patch of skin on the right thigh that used to be numb for a long time and had no feeling. Today, I have a pinprick-like pain, as if there are countless small needles pricking me.
In addition, I found that my ankles have obviously gained a lot of flesh, the skin is also very firm, and the flesh is also very solid. In the past, my ankles were very thin, with loose skin that would stand up when I picked them up, and there was no flesh on them. This change really surprises me. No wonder my legs and feet are so strong now.
April 26.
Stand for one and a half hours in the morning. The place where I stood today was different. I stood at the Longmai Hot Spring in Xiaotangshan Sanatorium in Beijing. It feels very different.
I feel that the aura here is very strong. Every time I breathe abdominally, the Dantian is very swollen with Qi, from the lower Dantian to the middle Dantian. With the warm sun behind you, the fresh air, the natural sounds of frogs and birds chirping, being in such an environment is a kind of enjoyment in itself.
In the afternoon, we stayed at Longmai Hot Spring for another hour. The warm sun was still basking on my back, and I felt very relaxed. There was no point of stress in my body, only my neck and soles of my feet felt powerful. It is really a wonderful enjoyment to embrace nature closely and stand in the middle of nature.
April 27.
I stood indoors for 35 minutes in the morning and listened to the newly recorded bowl sound massage. It felt very good to be in peace. The groins on both sides were warm and there were no stress points. It was very relaxing. When it was time to eat at eight o'clock, I really didn't want to stop doing it, but I had no choice but to stop it.
I feel a little sore in my waist after finishing the exercise. I wonder if it’s because the posture puts some force on my waist, or something else?
Stand for one and a half hours in the morning. Still at the dragon vein of the hot spring, perform one posture for one hour and perform the exercises for half an hour. My sneezing and runny nose kept coming, maybe it was irritated by poplar catkins.
Stand for 50 minutes in the afternoon.
April 28.
Stand indoors for 50 minutes in the morning. Listening to the sound of the meditation bowl is relatively relaxing and quiet. But half an hour later I felt soreness in my vital gate.

Feeling a little tired today.
April 30.

During this morning’s stance, I felt like my fatigue had been wiped away and I was revived with full blood.
Today I found the cause of the soreness in my Mingmen. When I looked sideways in the mirror, it turned out that I had to make my abdomen protrude forward. The body is completely upright. I feel like I am leaning forward, but in fact my body is straight, which is an illusion. When I stand like this, my vital gate no longer feels sore.
During the past two days while doing stance, the palm-sized area on the outer side of my right thigh, which had been numb for a long time, began to feel warm and occasionally felt like a pinprick. This is a very good sign. This numb muscle may recover.
Watch TV for half an hour at noon.
In the afternoon, I stood by the door for half an hour, listening to the sound of the meditation bowl. I have been standing for three months, and now I gradually like to stand by the door. In the past, when the hip turning position was not in place, I always felt suffocated while standing, but now I feel very comfortable while standing.
May 1st.
I stood for two hours in the morning, basically standing for an hour and a half. Finally, do the exercises for half an hour. The exercise is very quiet and trance-like, with a strong sense of Qi. When the exercise is completed, the Qi rushes to the top of the head, and when it falls, it goes straight to the soles of the feet.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Stand alone for 40 minutes and stand alone for 20 minutes. When I stood alone, I felt that my middle Dantian was very full of air, which stretched all my ribs. So I did the second pose for about five or six minutes. I felt that my energy was not so strong anymore, so I changed to the first pose. The last 20 minutes of standing by the door were very comfortable. It felt like lying on a bed. I didn’t want to stop when the time was up, so I changed to standing alone, which was also very comfortable.
Today, in the middle of the stance, I felt pain in my stomach when I inhaled. It had happened several times in the past few days. It seemed that the qi was attacking the lesions. In addition, the numb area on the outside of my right thigh caused pinprick-like pain several times.
Today is the 93rd day of standing, and there are still 7 days left before the completion of the 100-day foundation building.
May 2nd
I stood at six o'clock in the morning for an hour and a half. I did the first pose an hour before. I felt uncomfortable even standing alone. Maybe I slept too late yesterday. Because of this, I did the exercises for 30 minutes and felt a little drowsy. I used a headset this morning to listen to the sound of the bowl and the massage was indeed better.
After doing the stance, my legs and feet felt extremely relaxed and I could walk briskly like never before.
Today I saw that after talking about zhanzhuang in the group, my hand grip strength increased. I also tried to make a fist, and sure enough, my grip strength was much stronger than before.
Stand in the high-speed rail waiting room for half an hour at two o'clock in the afternoon.

Stand for one hour after dinner. I found that I feel more peaceful and relaxed without listening to music, so I will change to standing quietly from tomorrow on.
May 5th.
Today is the beginning of summer. In the morning, I will stand for 1 hour and 20 minutes, of which 20 minutes will be spent doing the exercises. I didn’t listen to music today and just stood quietly, which felt okay. It's just that the body shape can never be completely relaxed. Standing at the end of the life gate, there were bursts of warmth.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Watch your breathing quietly and feel more relaxed. My elbows felt warm for a while, which was quite comfortable. There is a muscle-stretching pain on the right side of the back of the head, and there is always some discomfort in the right leg and knee. It should be an impact lesion.
May 6th.
Stand up for one hour and forty minutes in the morning. Combine single standing and leaning standing, and quietly recite the Buddha's name to the ticking of the wall clock. After standing for 50 minutes, my legs were a little tired, so I changed to standing. Do exercises for the last 20 minutes.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Focusing on the second pose, the exhalation and inhalation were a little too intentional at first. Later, I made adjustments and inhaled softly and exhaled slowly, which made me feel very comfortable. Do the exercises for the last ten minutes.
May 7th.
Stand for two hours in the morning. The first pose and the second pose take half the time each. They are done very easily and you can recite the Buddha's name quietly. My stomach was peristaltic and burping, and there was a pinprick sensation in the local numbness of my right thigh. Finally, I stood there for a while and felt very comfortable, with the vitality gate burning hot. An hour and a half felt like it passed quickly. Finally, I did the exercises for 20 minutes and felt very strong.
Stand for one hour in the afternoon. Do the first and second formulas alternately. Do the exercises in the last ten minutes. After standing for an hour in the afternoon, I sweated a lot, especially on my neck. Sweat dripped down my hair and my clothes were all wet. After finishing my work, I quickly dried myself off and changed into dry clothes.
May 8.
Today is the 100th day of standing, and the 100th day of foundation building has been completed. Ma Lao wrote in the book: After three months, if the legs can stand straight, this is the way.
Stand for 2 hours in the morning. Spend half the time standing alone and half the time standing together. Relax and naturally, chant the Buddha's name silently along with your breathing. After doing the exercises for the next 20 minutes, I felt trance-like and had a strong sense of energy.
I went to Ditan Park to stand in the afternoon. After standing there for ten minutes, I felt the wind was too strong, so I returned. Standing at home for an hour is very natural and comfortable. Do the exercises for the last ten minutes.
The Hundred Days of Zhanzhuang was completed. I stood in front of the magical door of Ma Laozhuang Gong. I gently opened the door with my hand and stepped in. In front of me was a bright golden light and a vast road. Spread out in front, very long, waiting for me.
