Johann Sebastian Bach (German: Johann Sebastian Bach, 1685.3.21-175.7.28) was a German composer in the Baroque period and an outstanding organ, violin and harpsichord player. Bach is generally regarded as one of the most important composers in the history of music, and is honored as "the father of modern music in the west", and also one of the most important figures in the history of western culture.
