The music in the iPod must be exported to the computer with the help of computer software, such as iTools, PP Assistant, Sync Assistant, etc. iTunes cannot operate (it can only be synchronized, but cannot be exported).

How to export music files:

1. Connect the iPod to the computer and open the computer software iTools and switch to the music panel.

2. Select the music file you want to export to your computer, press the Export button and set the export path (take the desktop as an example), and click the OK button to start exporting.

3. After the music file is exported, view the music file (.mp3 format) in the specified path.
