The operation of creating PPT and inserting music on your mobile phone is quite simple. First, you need to download and save the music files you want to insert to an easy-to-find location. Next, open your PPT template, find the menu bar above, and select the "Insert" option. In the drop-down menu, find and click the "Audio" option. Usually the first option is the music or voice file you need.

Find the song you want to insert in the folder. After clicking it, a small speaker icon representing audio will appear on the PPT page. You can freely choose the page to insert. Next, switch to Animation options to view your page setup via the Animations pane. Here you will see the inserted audio, click on the drop-down menu behind it and select the "Effects" option.

In the effect options, you can set the music playback time, stop method and other details. Once set up, click "Slideshow" to start previewing.
