1. Direct recording will result in poor sound quality. After downloading the video, you can use PR to extract the music from the video. First, open "PR" on your computer.

2. After opening, right-click the blank space of "Project" and select "Import".

3. After importing the downloaded video into your computer, drag it to the timeline.

4. Click the lock in front of the audio track to lock the audio.

5. Then right-click the video track and select "Clear".

6. In this way, you can remove the video and leave only the audio, and then select the "Razor Tool" in the toolbar.

7. Move the pointer to where the music starts.

8. Use the "razor tool" to cut out the music in the video separately.

9. Then right-click on the other two parts to clear them, leaving only the cut-out part.

10. Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+M" again to open the export interface, click "Export" to save the music to your computer.
