Lei Jia, 165cm tall, was born in Yiyang, Hunan. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a singer of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Art Troupe, a national first-class actor, a member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Youth Federation, a director of the Chinese Musicians Association, and a party member. Lei Jia’s early experience:
In 1997, he was admitted to the Vocal Music Department of the China Conservatory of Music and studied under the vocal educator Professor Zou Wenqin.
In 2002, he was successfully admitted to the Song and Dance Troupe of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (now the Cultural Troupe of the Chinese People's Liberation Army) as a soloist.
