Small changes after practicing zero limit

A brief record of some of the small changes I observed during my practice of Zero Limit:

I found tools that helped me become more aware. Now I have developed a habit. Even if I am not aware of anything when I encounter something, the four sentences of "Zero Limit" will start to play automatically in my mind. The result of this is that I won't get caught up in things and emotions right away, because by repeating these four sentences repeatedly, I seem to have a buffer time, and I can slowly calm down and observe instead of reacting immediately and unconsciously.

Surrender even more. After reading "The Surrender Experiment", I was particularly touched. Through this book, I have realized that the power of divinity is much more macro-wisdom than the human self-righteous mind. I should follow the flow of nature instead of the chattering mind. As long as I let go, Divinity will lead us to the place that is best for us. Soon after, I started reading the "Zero Limits" series of books, and discovered through practice that Zero Limits was a great methodology that helped me surrender. When I decide to take 100% responsibility for things and clear the relevant memories, and ask Divinity to let things be as they are rather than as my mind expects them to be, I am actually surrendering to Divinity. After cleansing, I can accept any aspect of things, not just the aspects that I think are "good", and when I truly surrender and let go of expectations, there are always surprises that exceed my imagination.

Because of Zero Limits, I finally know how to deal with "expectations." I never understood why many teachers would emphasize that after placing an order to the universe, you should not only believe that it will come true, but also let go of your expectations for the results. I used to think this was contradictory, how could I believe it without expectations? So although I knew I should let go of my expectations, I didn’t understand the principle or how to let go. It wasn’t until I watched Zero Limit that I suddenly realized that believing from the inside out means “trusting divinity.” Trusting that only divinity knows what wishes are truly suitable for me or beneficial to me, and letting go of expectations means “letting go of attachment to results.” "Some wishes did not come true. It may just be that God saw from a higher perspective that those wishes were not beneficial to me.

When I understood this and used zero limit to clean up any expectations that escaped, it became more targeted. Maybe I don’t know where these expectations come from, but the best thing about Zero Limit is that you don’t have to know what you want to clean up, just go and clean it up, and leave everything to God, God knows Run everything behind it yourself.

My heart seems to be more delicate and sensitive. This kind of sensitivity is not that of a glass heart, but a stronger ability to perceive everything, and the awareness that all things have animism, so it is more humble and awe-inspiring. I have shared before that when I clean up my studio, room, mobile phone, plants, water and other items, I seem to be able to sense their status and they seem to come alive. Zero Limit believes that all things have their own consciousness, and we just need to help them appear as they are by cleaning them up. The original appearance of all things is perfect, and the original appearance of all people is "self-sufficient and complete in nature." If we clear away the memories, thoughts or emotions that obscure us, we can return to our original state. Zero limit is actually the separation of the soul, teaching us to subtract. All hoarding is related to the fear of scarcity, and the same is true for memory. We must keep cleaning up before we can return to our true selves.

Be more fearless. I know that everything that happens is an opportunity for me to clean up, so I no longer define good or bad things, and I am not afraid of the so-called "bad things". When things happen, I just clean up.

Zero Limit helps me tune in faster. When I read these four sentences, it is easier for me to adjust from a state of pessimism and complaint to calmness and gratitude, because they are all opportunities. And every time I am grateful, it reminds me that I already have so much, so why do I always focus on the things I don’t have? So I consciously adjust myself from focusing on lack to focusing on possession.

Zero Limit also often helps me calm my chattering mind.

I often feel tired sometimes not because of anything I have done, but maybe because my mind is too active. Everyone must have experienced being unable to fall asleep due to excessive excitement or anxiety, and feeling tired even after falling asleep and waking up. These are all states of an overactive mind. Lack of concentration, the inability to focus on one thing, is also a sign of an overactive mind. You can adjust it through meditation and insight, or you can often recite the four sentences of Zero Limit, listen to Zero Limit music, and let your heart and brain slowly calm down and rest. A well-rested brain and heart are clearer.

In fact, I already know these things of awareness, surrender, and frequency tuning, and I am constantly practicing them. After learning about zero limit, I have a deeper understanding of them. So for me, Zero Limit is a bit like an internal skill, which can help me exert greater power in the martial arts moves I already know. I am grateful to Ms. Mona who discovered it, Dr. Xiulan and other teachers who spread it, and I also hope that more people can understand and use this simple and effective tool.
