Why is there no sound on the iPhone?
There may be many reasons why the iPhone has no sound. The following are some possible causes and solutions:
1 , mute key or volume key are not turned on:
Check whether the mute key and volume key on the upper left side of the phone are turned on. If the mute button is on, there is no sound. If the volume button is on but the sound is too low, you need to adjust the volume.
2. The ringtone has not been set:
Make sure the ringtone has been set. In Settings, tap Sounds & Haptics, then select Ringtone, making sure you select the correct ringtone.
3. The speaker is damaged:
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, the speaker may be damaged. You can try playing music or videos to check if the speakers are working properly. If the speaker is not working, you need to take the phone to a repair center for repair.
4. Software problems:
Sometimes, there is no sound on the iPhone because of software problems. For example, an application might be taking audio permissions or conflicting with the system. At this point, you can try closing the application or restarting the phone.
5. Headphone jack problem:
If there is no sound when using headphones, there may be a problem with the headphone jack. Try plugging in other headphones or plugging the headphones into another device to see if the issue is with the headphone jack.
