Teaching Experience Exchange Speech

Dear leaders and teachers:

Good afternoon.

I am deeply ashamed to be asked to speak at this experience exchange meeting thanks to the praise of my colleagues. Here I can only share with you some of my experiences in my teaching career to serve as a starting point.

The topic I am talking about is: Loyalty turns into spring rain and moistens things silently.

1. Let every class become a carefully crafted work of art

Classroom teaching is the main channel for students to acquire knowledge, so I strive to do the best in every class. To have clear and thorough ideas, thought-provoking inspirations, explanations in simple and easy-to-understand terms, and reasonable use of modern teaching methods, each class is carefully crafted as a work of art.

For example, when teaching the lesson "Liu Sanjie", before class, I asked students to use books, the Internet, or listening to other people's stories to learn about Liu Sanjie's deeds. During class, I introduced Liu Sanjie's songs into the new lesson. The students were in high spirits, and then they grasped the characteristics of Sister Liu Sanjie who is good at singing and good at using singing as a weapon to fight against the landlords and old wealth, so they read, sang, talked, and laughed, so that the students could absorb the knowledge unconsciously. In order to let the students further understand the text content and consolidate the teaching results, I took them to the multimedia classroom to watch the movie "Liu Sanjie" after class. The students all said: "Although it is a Chinese class, the teacher made us enjoy the fun of music class."

In teaching, for each text, I have to determine a discussion link. Through discussion, I can cultivate students' oral communication skills and thinking skills. I never let go of articles that are suitable for students to perform, and encourage them to perform on stage. This not only exercises their courage, but also activates the classroom atmosphere, and more importantly, stimulates their interest in learning.

2. Let students grow in applause

Encouragement is a panacea to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the quality of teaching. Every student looks forward to the teacher's encouragement. Encouragement is not limited to the classroom, but can also run through the evaluation of students after class.

In the morning, when I hear the voices of my classmates studying seriously, I will walk into the classroom and say with a smile: "Students, thank you for bringing me a good mood throughout the day, because I heard your The sound of books."

When correcting students' homework, they often use encouraging language in their comments. Students generally do well with the homework assigned on the first day of the new semester, but the quality of the homework will decline later. When encountering these situations, instead of writing cold comments such as "sloppy", "not serious", and "redo", I use "the teacher likes to read your first page of words most". To students who have done well in their homework: "The teacher likes your seriousness." To students who have made progress: "You have made progress, I am happy for you, try harder!" or, "You did a good job this time, if you work harder, it will be even better." To students who have regressed: "Don't lower your requirements for yourself, because you can do better."

Humorous language can establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and stimulate students' interest in learning. An American psychologist once said: "Humor is one of the most interesting, most contagious, and most universally significant communication arts." This is indeed true, especially when humorous language combined with appropriate actions encourages students to have a more effective effect. good. When I see a student's handwriting is not good, I don't criticize them head-on, but I touch his or her head and say: "Haha, your handwriting is dancing a ballet!" I amused my classmates. They laughed. Then guide him or her to write carefully. I wrote an article on "Confucius" and when I mentioned that Confucius was an educator, politician, and thinker in our country, I said: "Haha, Confucius has so many families, but the teacher only has one family. ! Suddenly, there was a burst of hearty laughter in the classroom. In the composition class, I guided the students to write "I will be in twenty years." After the students communicated, I said: "Who can tell me about myself in twenty years?" "The classmates rushed to be the first. Su Liang said: "I will become a big boss in twenty years. I walked down and held his hand: "Hello, Boss Su!" Nice to meet you. Could you please tell me what meaningful things you plan to do after becoming the boss? Then, Long Ye said: "Twenty years later I will be a policeman."

"I said: "Salute to Officer Long! "At the same time, he gave her a military salute... The students enjoyed it. The humorous language not only enlivened the classroom atmosphere, but also enabled students to learn knowledge and receive education in a relaxed and lively atmosphere.

3. Let the brilliance of teachers’ kindness spread throughout every corner of the classroom

As a teacher, I always embrace every child with a love as deep and broad as the ocean, so that they can grow up in the baptism of love. A big tree, and know how to repay society and life with love.

In every class, there are inevitably some students with learning difficulties. They were once forgotten by teachers and the objects of ridicule by classmates. When they saw the scores in the teens and twenties, I was really anxious, but I didn’t give up. On the contrary, I paid more attention to, got closer to, and cared about them during class teaching so that they could answer some questions. Answer, and praise them in time. In this way, they can often experience the joy of success and continuously enhance their self-confidence. After class, they will be given "Xiao Zao" to strengthen guidance on learning methods, talk to them frequently, and find a "little teacher" for them. ", helping them answer difficult questions in their homework every day. I always praise them for their little progress. After one year, their grades have improved significantly, and their teachers and classmates are impressed by them.

4. You must not only immerse yourself in pulling the cart but also look up at the road

As a teacher, you must have the ambition to dedicate yourself to education and work hard in obscurity, but you must also be aware of your own education and teaching process. In-depth reflection on teaching practice, constantly updating teaching concepts and changing teaching behaviors. In recent years, many of the education and teaching papers I have written have won awards in city and county paper competitions. The articles on education and teaching in the book have also repeatedly attracted the attention of the teaching and research office.

Looking back, I am filled with emotion. The shining certificates have witnessed the countless hard work I have shed along the way. If I choose to become a teacher, I will devote my whole life to the fertile soil of education, because only in this position can I truly realize the value of my life. This is a choice and unremitting pursuit that I have no regrets in my life.
