Taishan Deng deeds
Taishan Deng is one of several musicians who are active in the international music scene at present. He won the first gold medal in the 1th Warsaw Chopin Piano Competition in October 198 and attracted attention, and then began his playing career. It is worth mentioning that he was the first Asian pianist to win this world-class competition that year.

since winning the grand prize, he has performed in more than 4 countries all over the world. He has performed in the famous Lincoln Center (new york), Jordan Hall (Boston), Barbicon Center (London), Salle Pleyel (Paris), Herculessaal (Munich), Golden Hall (Vienna), Concertgebouw (Amsterdam) and Opera House (London).

He has performed with many world-famous symphony orchestras, including: Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Warsaw National Philharmonic Orchestra, Japan NHK Symphony Orchestra, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Russian National Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Chamber Orchestra, etc. And cooperated with many famous conductors, such as Zuckerman, Neville Morrison, Maris Jansson, Ivan Fisher and so on.

On New Year's Eve in 1985, Taishan Deng collaborated with Yo-Yo Ma, Seiji Ozawa, Katharine Barto and Rospo Dovich to perform the New Year's Concert held by NHK TV. In 1999, he was the only foreigner invited to attend Chopin's anniversary concert, and performed as a piano solo with the symphony orchestra of Warsaw Grand Opera House. From 22 to 23, he gave 14 concerts in Japan, in addition, he performed in China and Russia, and gave a recital in the Moscow Concert Hall. He has performed 1 chamber music tours with Arthur-Leblanc quintet in Canada. In the United States, he performed at the Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts in new york and the Washington International Art Center, and participated in concerts organized by the Chopin Society in Texas.

He is a very good Chopin performer, but because of his strong personality or unlike many other pianists who are good at PR (abbreviation of "PUBLIC RELATION"-author's note), he is not very active in the international music scene and does not belong to the first-line hot figures. In fact, so many famous performers can be divided into two categories: successful and excellent. Successful performers are not necessarily excellent, and excellent performers are not necessarily successful.
