Article 7: The punishment given to teachers shall be determined in accordance with the following authority:

Teachers in private schools or teachers who are not included in the personnel establishment management shall be determined by the school where they are located and their employment contracts shall be terminated, and shall be reported to the competent education department for filing.
(4) Provide critical education, admonishment talks, order inspections, report criticisms, and disqualify others from awards and merit evaluations, job promotions, professional title evaluations, job recruitment, salary promotions, and declaration of talent plans, etc. The decision shall be made by the teacher's school or the competent department based on the seriousness of the case according to the management authority.
