Sousaku Kobayashi (1894-1963), whose real name was Jin Zongzuo. Japanese name: こばやしそぅさく English translation: Sousaku Kobayashi is well known to the public because of his student's famous TV host and famous writer Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's reminiscence novel Little Doudou by the Window. Kobayashi became the most popular educator in Japan.

Sousaku Kobayashi was born on June 18th, 1894 in My Wife County, Gunma County. He loved music since he was a child, and often played with a baton in his hand by the river near his home where he could see the famous hazel mountain. Because his family is not rich and he is the youngest of six children, he immediately became a substitute teacher after graduating from primary school, and passed the teacher qualification examination and obtained the teacher qualification. Later, he came to Tokyo, worked as a teacher in Niujin Primary School, studied music at the same time, and was admitted to the normal department of Tokyo Music School (now Tokyo Xueyi University). After graduation, he became a music teacher in Chengxi Primary School. The educational policy of Mr. Haruji Nakamura, the founder of Seiji Primary School, has greatly influenced Mr. Kobayashi. Mr. Haruji Nakamura is a very outstanding person. He believes that "education must start from primary school", and there are absolutely no more than 3 students in each class. But also advocate free education and implement the educational policy of respecting children's individuality. For example, if you finish your study plan in the morning, you will take a walk in the afternoon, collect plant specimens, sketch, listen to the teacher, sing, and so on. Later, Sousaku Kobayashi also implemented this kind of class. Among the students that Kobayashi taught during the Seikei period, there were Inoue Yuanzi and Nobukuro Maru, who later became pianists. During the period of Seikei Primary School, Mr. Kobayashi wrote a comedy opera suitable for children for primary school students. Baron Koyata, a Mitsubishi chaebol, was deeply moved after seeing this opera and decided to sponsor Mr. Kobayashi to go to Europe to inspect the education there. Baron Iwasaki is also the founder of this unique primary school, and he also financially supported many artists such as Yamada Farming. Mr. Kobayashi was troubled by many problems in music education and children's education at that time. He was very happy to accept this grant and went west to Europe for the first time to study pedagogy. It was in 1924, when Sousaku Kobayashi was thirty. Then, Mr. Kobayashi met Douglas, who is very influential in the world, came to his school in Paris and learned directly from Mr. Douglas. In addition, Mr Kobayashi visited many primary schools and returned to Japan two years later. Immediately after Mr Kobayashi returned to Japan, he co-founded Chengcheng Kindergarten with Mr. Ogara Guofang and Mr. * * *, who agreed with his ideas on early childhood education. Later, Mr. Obuchi founded Yuchuan Academy, and Mr. Kobayashi founded Ba Academy. Mr. Sousaku Kobayashi, the president of "Ba Xue Yuan", deeply understands the essence of children's education. He introduced prosody into children's teaching for the first time, and said the benefits of prosody education: "Prosody can make the body and mind understand rhythm, help the spirit and body achieve harmony, thus awakening people's imagination and promoting people's creativity." "Modern education, which relies too much on words and language, will probably make children's ability to feel nature, listen to the voice of the gods and touch inspiration gradually decline?"
