Driving songs
Key areas: Art
Activity goals:
1. Feel the progress and stop in music.
2. Distinguish the signals of going and stopping and take corresponding actions.
3. Enjoy the fun of driving as a driver.
Activity preparation:
1. "Music DOREMI": "Driving Song"
2. Supporting CD
3. Drums, recorder.
Activity process:
1. Talk to children about driving issues and ask children to express their thoughts freely. (1) Which children come to kindergarten by car?
(2)Who usually drives?
(3)When will the car stop?
(4) What should the car do when it encounters a traffic light (stop on red light, go on green light)
2. Invite children to play the role of car driver and play the following game together.
(1) Children follow the teacher’s drumbeat and pretend to drive, and the speed of the vehicle is consistent with the rhythm of the drumbeat.
(2) When the teacher says "red light", the drum stops and the children stop driving; until the teacher says "green light" and beats the drum, the children continue driving. After getting familiar with the gameplay, teachers can use drum sounds to indicate progress and stop without saying red or green lights.
3. Play the music "Driving Song", ask the children to stop carefully, and then discuss:
(1) Which part of the melody sounds like a car running into a red light?
Bah, bah, bah, the car is coming!
Don’t walk when you see a red light, walk quickly when you see a green light,
(Open - stop, drive -)
Bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah! , the car is coming!
(Start - Stop)
(2) Ask the children to sit down and follow the music with their hands to make driving and parking movements.
(3) Teach to sing "Drive a Car" and perform simple movements according to the lyrics.
