The steps for importing NetEase Cloud playlists into QQ Music are as follows:

1. In NetEase Cloud Music, open the playlist you want to import. You can do this by clicking on the "My" page and then selecting the playlist you want.

2. After finding the playlist, click the "Share" button. In the pop-up options, select "Copy Link".

3. Open the QQ Music app, click on the "My" page, then find and click on the "Import external playlist" option under "Self-created playlist".

4. Paste the link you copied from NetEase Cloud Music in the input box.
