You can't listen without paying the fee, but the Apple account will be renewed automatically. You can't see the lyrics when playing music. Just swipe the page down and you will see an option called "Display". Click it to display the lyrics.

How to cancel automatic renewal:

If you want to cancel, click the person's head in the upper left corner and the account page will appear.

click "view Apple ID" inside, and then click "view Apple ID" after logging in.

an account setting page will pop up, and click "Manage" below to subscribe.

another page will pop up, and it's good to turn off automatic renewal in this page.
