Samsung mobile phones generally recommend the following operations:

1. Find the music player in Settings--Application Management--All and clear data

2. If The song is stored in the external SD card. Copy it to the internal memory of the phone and try to play it. If it can be played normally, initially rule out whether it is an SD card problem.
