The more popular figure skating music selections: film and television soundtracks, Lach, Chopin, opera; no matter what song is selected in the end, it still has to pave the way for the entire program arrangement.

Let’s talk about a few common ones

1. Romeo and Juliet

David Wilson can be said to have edited several editions of Luo Zhu, but in recent years, There are 2 sets per ***. One set is for Japanese men's singles player Yuzuru Hanyu, and the music selections are from Nino Rota's soundtrack for the 1968 Luo Zhu film; the other is for South Korean women's singles player Park Xiaoyan, and the music selections are from Abel Korzeniowski's The soundtrack for the 2013 film Luo Zhu.

2. Bolero

The sp for the 2008-09 season composed by Nanami Abe for the Japanese men’s singles player Yuzuru Hanyu is Bolero. The song is from the song composed by Steve Sharples for the movie Moulin Rough. Music composed by Lori Nichol for Italian women's singles player Carolina Kostner. The 2012-2013 season's fs is also Boléro (also the 2014 fs in Sochi). The music is from Maurice Ravel's Boléro, and the version used is by André Previn and the London Symphony Orchestra.

3. Scheherazade (Arabian Nights)

The arranger of Scheherazade is Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov. In figure skating, there are 4 versions of the common Scheherazade song. The clips vary.

Sarah Kawahara compiled the fs for the 2001-02 season for Michelle Kwan, the famous American Chinese figure skater, and the version used was performed by the New York Philharmonic; Dawid Wison wrote the famous Korean women's singles The fs of the 2008-09 season was edited by player Yu-Na KIM; the sp of the 2011-12 season was edited by Tatiana Tarasova for the Japanese women's singles player Mao Asada; the fs of the 2013-14 season was edited by Lori Nichol for the Italian women's singles player Carolina Kostner (This program was not favored by the judges during the Grand Prix, and was decisively replaced by last season’s free skate during the Winter Olympics).

4. Sergei Rachmaninoff

Jeffrey Buttle is the Canadian men’s singles The sp for the 2013-14 season was compiled by player Patrick Chan, and the song selection was Elegie in E Flat Minor; the fs for the 2013-14 season was compiled by Tatiana Tarasova for Japanese women's singles player Mao Asada, and the song selection was Piano Concerto No. 2. ; Tatiana Tarasova and Nikolai Morozov compiled the 2002-03 season fs for American figure skater Sasha Cohen, with a selection from Piano Concerto No. 2.

5. Frédéric Chopin
