After the mobile phone connects to the Bluetooth device, it will automatically disconnect. It is recommended to check:
1. Check whether the Bluetooth device is far away from the machine.
2. Whether the mobile phone has airplane mode or super power-saving mode turned on. If turned on, the phone will turn off the Bluetooth function. If you want to use Bluetooth, you need to turn it on again.
3. Turn off the phone and restart it.
4. If the Bluetooth connection still disconnects automatically, it is recommended to try another Bluetooth device.
5. If it does not work, please check whether there is a system update push notification on your phone. If so, upgrade your phone to the latest version.
6. If the problem persists, please back up your phone data and try restoring the machine to factory settings.
If the phone still automatically disconnects from the Bluetooth connection after the above operations, please bring the purchase invoice, repair card and machine to the Samsung service center for testing.
