Qiu Ting is a well-known film and television screenwriter, mass media creator and producer in Hong Kong. He is currently the CEO of Mengfeixiang Media Group and the chairman of Mengfeixiang (Beijing) Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. Ms. Qiu Ting began to plan the "Special Training Course for Professional Media Musicians" for Hong Kong Dream Flying in 2009. She successfully formed a partnership between Hong Kong Dream Flying and Shenzhen Tuyi Animation and Cartoon School, and jointly promoted this course in South China. .

In order to more effectively promote and cultivate professional original media musicians, Ms. Qiu Ting began to plan and promote the "Professional Original Media Musicians Cultivation Campaign" for the whole of China in 2010, and successfully made the Hong Kong Dream Feixiang has formed alliances with cross-media organizations such as major online platforms, urban beauty magazines, cultural publishing companies, and music search engines, and has received support from celebrities and entrepreneurs in front and behind the scenes of film/television/stage/online cross-media in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
