In March, when we traveled to Hainan, we also bought sea urchins and went to Chunyuan Seafood Market for processing. And he followed the chef’s suggestion and made “Sea Urchin Steamed Egg”. For someone like me who has never eaten seafood, I have no idea what sea urchin is, so I really don’t know whether sea urchin steamed eggs contain sea urchin. When I was eating seafood steamed eggs, I couldn't help but ask my companion: "Is this sea urchin steamed egg any different from ordinary steamed eggs? Why do I feel there is no difference?"
One month Previously, with the beautiful vision of spring blooming and facing the sea, my friend and I made an appointment to go to Sanya for a week. Before traveling, as a travel blogger, I made a few days of planning to fully plan every day's itinerary. On the first day, we arrived in Sanya and visited Tianya Haijiao and Nanshan Cultural Scenic Area. From now on, I dare to say that if anyone wants to travel to Sanya with me, I will never go unless they give me a large pension.
After visiting the ends of the earth and Nanshan Cultural Scenic Area in Sanya on the first day, my originally planned 6-day trip to Sanya became a piece of paper. Because, from the next day onwards, I never followed the originally planned travel itinerary, which included Wuzhizhou Island, Yalong Bay Forest Park and other scenic spots.
When traveling to Sanya, don’t you want to visit the most famous attractions in Sanya?
It’s not that I don’t want to go, it’s that I felt sad after the first day there.
Tianya Haijiao is one of the famous scenic spots in Sanya and is also a 4A-level scenic spot. What I imagined before going there was the romantic temperament of "the mountains have no edges and the sky and the earth are in harmony, so I dare to be with you". But when I actually paid 81 yuan for a ticket to visit the park, I couldn't help but frown and think, as a scenic spot that charges 81 yuan, how is this different from an ordinary seaside park?
Once upon a time, I lived on the beach in Zhuhai for 2 years. At that time, I was living in Jida. Not far from Gongbei Port, there was an artificial beach built by Evergrande - Xianglu Bay, which is also the famous "Zhuhai Fishing Girl" and "Lovers Road" seaside park. It is open to tourists free of charge. You can often see a grandfather in his 70s or 80s riding a bicycle in the park with his wife in the morning, enjoying the sea breeze and sunrise leisurely.
I really don’t understand why Sanya’s “Tianya Haijiao” has an entrance fee of 81 yuan, while the seaside park in Zhuhai is free for visitors when the two places have such similar scenery.
Compared to the Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area, the "Holy Land of Love" with tickets, Zhuhai's free seaside park actually has a more contemporary sense of love. I really hope that one day, the ends of the earth will become more approachable, so that grandfathers and old ladies can ride their bicycles into the park to watch the sunrise without spending money.
Nanshan Cultural Scenic Area is a 5A-level scenic spot. It has one of the most famous attractions in the country: the world's largest sea Guanyin statue. According to local people, the Nanshan Sea Guanyin is very spiritual. Many outsiders come here just to pray to Nanshan Sea Guanyin.
As a young person who does not have similar beliefs, I spent 150 yuan to buy a ticket, and after queuing for 30 minutes, I just wanted to take the 30-minute seaside park train, and I had to change at the train transfer point. A nearly 10-minute "polite discussion" with the sales skills of the shopping guide in the scenic area.
Sanya has done a particularly good job in tourism and shopping. Whether it is the Nanshan Cultural Scenic Area or the ends of the earth, wherever you need to go out of the scenic area or wait for the scenic spot transportation, it will be built for you at the place you must pass. A winding row of shopping stores. As a young man from the mainland, I once again couldn't help but start to envy the high status of this free trade area. As expected, it is a developed city, and entrance fees are required to enter shopping stores!
Wuzhizhou Island is the attraction I planned for the next day. After visiting Tianya Haijiao and Nanshan Cultural Scenic Area on the first day, I had already booked the 150 yuan ticket for that evening.
But when I was sitting on the bus to Wuzhizhou Island and heard the tour guide say something, I didn’t go there again even if I had already bought the ticket.
After getting off the bus, others went to Wuzhizhou Island Pier to take the ferry, and I wandered around Tenghai Village near Wuzhizhou Island Pier.
"A paradise for the rich, a sauna for the poor". These are the original words of the tour guide in the car, which can be said to be very authentic and appropriate. Wuzhizhou Island is a small commercial tourism island. In addition to tickets and sightseeing buses, basically all the entertainment items there are charged. However, these fees can easily cost four to five hundred and several thousand. How can a poor editor like me dare to play?
If you don’t play projects, then why go to the island? The answer may be as the tour guide said: sauna room. Endure the strong sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays on the island, queue up and squeeze the road among the crowds of tourists.
There is a poem that says, "Looking at it from the side, it looks like a ridge or a peak, with different heights from near to far." The second half of the poem says, "I don't know the true face of Mount Lu, just because I am in this mountain." Wuzhizhou Island is very beautiful and charming, but it is a panoramic view through aerial photography. If you just walk around the island, what shocking scenery can you see?
Not to mention spending 150 yuan, the main thing is, apart from being exhausted under the crowded sun under the crowded sun, what kind of different scenery and humanistic customs can you experience during this kind of travel?
If I were to sum up my experience of tourist attractions in Sanya, it would be - expensive, ruthless and pitfalls.
Expensive: We ate local delicacy - coconut chicken at a store in downtown Sanya with good online reviews. But good guys, consumption is really OK. Buying a meal for 2 people online costs 288 yuan, which is 144 yuan per person. Maybe 144 yuan for a meal in a 5-star hotel is very cheap, but this store is just an ordinary store. It is located on the third floor. There is no elevator. You have to walk by yourself. The decoration style is simple and unpretentious, and even a little too high-quality. The seats are a bit rigid. . Although the taste is good, the per capita consumption of a meal of 144 yuan is really not friendly to the people. After all, the average per capita hot pot in Chongqing is only about 80 yuan.
Cruel: Taking Tianya Haijiao as an example, I really think it is too cruel. Such a normal seaside park can charge 81 yuan for admission. What's even worse is that after buying a ticket worth 81 yuan, I was already exhausted after walking in the scenic spot for more than an hour. There is still a shopping promenade with criss-crossing roads for you at the entrance of Tianya Haijiao Scenic Spot.
Pitfall: That’s seafood. I arrived in Sanya and made an appointment with some local friends to play together. After all, as a travel blogger, Editor Xia has several traveling friends in many places. The only advice a local friend gave me was, "Don't go to a seafood shop to eat seafood. It's too expensive and it's easy to get ripped off. If you want to eat seafood, go to the No. 1 Seafood Market and buy it yourself, and then go to Chunyuan or Xiaoxiao. I went to the train seafood processing shop for processing. These places have clearly marked prices and generally don’t rip off customers.” I thought the seafood in Sanya would be very cheap, but unexpectedly, oysters of almost the same size cost 10-15 yuan each in Sanya and 15 yuan in Chongqing. Oysters are 6-8 yuan each. The seafood boss said that the oyster varieties are different, and I must be irrefutable.
When leaving Sanya, I made an appointment to take a car to the airport. The online taxi driver asked us politely, "Are you coming to Sanya for tourism or vacation?" In an instant, I understood that coming to Sanya cannot be described as "tourism" and "vacation". Tourism and vacation are two completely different concepts. Traveling means queuing up everywhere to visit attractions, and then staying in the hotel at night. Vacation is the right way to visit Sanya.
Although I complain a lot about my Sanya experience, I actually like Sanya very much. As a seaside city, Sanya is very beautiful, with vast beaches, romantic coconut groves, refreshing sea breeze, comfortable temperatures, and gorgeous sunsets on the sea. It must be very pleasant to live in Sanya. I also look forward to being lucky enough to live in Sanya. .
In fact, in most seaside cities, including Sanya, you don’t need to go to any attractions at all, because no matter where you go, the scenery you experience is the same: waves, beaches, sea breeze, coconut trees , scorching sun, and various marine recreation projects. Not having to visit scenic spots does not mean that you cannot afford the ticket fee, but that if you spend the ticket fee and not experience the unique scenery, you will be exhausted.
In contrast, when you arrive in Sanya, you just find a suitable hotel in the city. You can stay in the hotel during the day to drink tea, read books, listen to music, and enjoy the sea breeze. In the early morning and evening, when the sun is not too strong, you can , go to the beach, catch the sea and surf like a local, and stay on a small island for one night to experience the lifestyle of the fishermen on the island. This is the right way to visit Sanya.
