Zhong Liyan, born on November 12, 1983 in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, is a mezzo-soprano singer in Mainland China. She graduated from the Music Department of the People's Liberation Army Art Academy.

In 2004, she won the Individual Screen Award and Group Winner Award in the 11th CCTV Young Singer Television Grand Prix; subsequently, she was also commended by the General Political Department. In 2006, she won the Bronze Award in the Bel Canto Individual Finals at the 12th CCTV Young Singer Television Grand Prix, and she also won the award in two consecutive Youth Singer Competitions.
