1. Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the desktop and select "Control Panel" in the pop-up menu.

2. click "realtek high definition audio manager" in the control panel.

3. select "speaker" at the top of the interface, and then click "default format" in the middle.

4. Click the drop-down arrow below, select one from the format list, click "OK" below, and then listen to it. If you are not satisfied, choose another one to try.
