Berryz Kobo is a Japanese Lolita group founded on January 14, 2004
Berryz Kobo belongs to HELLO! PROJECT In 2002, Tsunku, the director of HP, launched the HELLO! KIDS project. From 27,958 people recruited across Japan, 15 little girls aged 8 to 12 were selected as Hello! Project kids. At the time of its establishment, the average age of the first members was only 10.75 years old, and they were all in the compulsory education stage. Therefore, they adopted a policy of non-fixed members, but the members have not been changed until now; with the remaining Hello! Origin of the name
Evolved from berry: berry-gt; berries-gt; berryz-gt; berryz workshop. Berry is the general name for strawberry fruits, which are usually small in size and rich in moisture. This name is based on the hope that the music expressed by berryz Kobo can have a similar feeling.
