The musical "Jinsha" is a musical based on the rich ancient Shu civilization represented by Chengdu Jinsha Site. It is composed by the famous domestic composer Sanbao, and is regarded as the first musical in China. The world premiere was held in poly theatre on April 8-11, 25, and it continued to be performed in Chengdu Jinsha International Theater on May 22, 25, which was deeply loved by domestic and foreign audiences.

Introduction to the plot

One night in the winter of 21 A.D., the Jinsha archaeological site was shrouded in darkness. Two centimeters below the ground, ghosts who had been imprisoned for thousands of years heard a strange call. A spaceship from a distant galaxy visited the earth, and an ancient fragrant fruit tree that had already dried up left a leaf. An archaeologist stopped in front of this ruin.

The archaeologist Sha wandered around the construction site. He picked up the leaf, but he didn't know that the falling leaf predicted a wonderful story.

The characters in these stories, who are incarnated by meteorites, flowers, ebony, fish and birds on gold foil, are the fire gods, flower elder sister, ugly wood, small fish and a woman named Jin. In the shadow, they decide to help the sofa with the secret of cash sand, but the human nature of forgetting makes Sha completely ignorant of everything, and he can't think of Jin and his love buried in endless memories.

This is a story about forgetting and remembering. At the end of the journey, Sha almost found his memories. But the characters in the story want to blow the leaf and say goodbye to him.

is a complete version of Birds in the current performance, sung by Jin and Fish, which appeared before Ugly was about to take Sha to the worship site three thousand years ago. The melody is soft and pleasant, which lays the foundation for the love of "gold" and "sand".

A chorus in Jinsha, sung by ghosts. Appeared in the opening, in the lively rhythm, expressed the ghosts' urgent desire to see the light of day again.

Beyond the Horizon is sung by Sha, At that time by Jin, and Missing is sung by two people. However, due to the needs of the plot, Beyond the Horizon and Missing are no longer heard in the new musical Jinsha.
