Design intention:
Summer is here and the weather is very hot. Bathing is something that children must do every day, but how do little animals take a bath? This is something that children are very interested in. Do all animals bathe with water like us? This question is worth thinking about. When choosing these small animals, I took into account the age characteristics and actual situation of the children in the kindergarten and chose small animals such as elephants, hippos, and chickens. The children in the kindergarten already have a basic understanding of animals. This activity is designed to guide children to have a deeper understanding of animals based on their interests, to develop the beautiful emotions of caring for animals, and to experience the joy of summer through observation and imitation.

2. Teaching methods
1. Intuitive method. This is because the thinking of kindergarten children has obvious concrete image characteristics and is typical concrete image thinking. For example: Directly stimulating children's audio-visual organs by watching pictures and videos can make teaching lively and stimulate children's interest in learning.
2. Game method. Games are children’s favorite activities, and games can enhance children’s interest in participating in activities. Young children can easily master the skills they learn in relaxed and enjoyable games.
3. Draw inferences from one example. After learning how to bathe a small animal, recall with your child the small animals that bathed in the same way as this animal to deepen your child's impression.
4. Pairing method. In essence, in this activity, the matching method and the game method are combined, which is a method that children like very much.

Learn a word: Elephants use their trunks to suck water and bathe. Children start imagining what other animals bathe in the water. Then use the same method to learn how hippos and chicks bathe.
3. Use games and matching methods to consolidate and review the methods of bathing small animals that you just learned. First explain the content of the picture so that the children can understand what is drawn in the picture. Then explain the method of the game and play the game in groups to achieve the purpose of our game and review and consolidate the bathing methods of small animals.
