The walking meditation technique in Master Zhu’s Self-nature Kung Fu seems to be ordinary, but it is very magical to practice. I only practiced it for a few days. When I came back, there was no suitable venue, so I stopped, but I never forgot it, so I remembered it. .
That night in the square, the teacher asked me to walk. I used to practice it myself, but I had a tendency to walk backwards. I never found a place to practice (and I didn’t dare to let go, or I couldn’t let go). The music of square dancing is very strong, and I usually don’t like it when I hear it. But that night when I walked around to the music, I felt so high.
The next morning, as soon as I went to the square to relax, I fell to the ground and could not stand. After the teacher taught me to stand, I followed the same example. Later, the teacher said that I should walk more and walk more. I still walked backwards. It was so hard and my feet were so sore. As usual, I didn't go in on the third day.
On the fourth day, I suddenly thought about the issue of acquired consciousness and self-nature, so I asked the teacher, when I leave, I will automatically retreat somewhere, right? The teacher said that you can't control it, you have to follow it (her, him?),
"When will you retreat?"
"Not necessarily, sometimes it will change its actions after a long time."
Okay, keep practicing. If you want to retreat, just retreat. When you really follow it, it will feel like you are retreating in circles, unlike the original back and forth. Going backwards and turning in circles is more like grinding, not human grinding, because the circle is so big. It should be a donkey or a mule, going round and round without stopping or changing. I thought to myself, am I a diligent mule? How much does it cost to push like this? No matter what, just push. Most of the time, you have to hold your neck and push. Sometimes the left foot is harder than the right foot, and sometimes it's the other way around.
Later, the circles became smaller and smaller, and the floor was spinning. Am I going to faint? No, another voice said, step on your feet firmly, keep stepping, and the spinning game begins. Gradually, the rotation slowed down, and suddenly the footsteps started to move forward, towards the direction of the tower (follow it), and then walked along a circle of steps around the tower, twisting the neck towards the center of the tower. , I walked around in this posture several times, and someone put something there on the steps. I wanted to go down, but was not allowed, so I had to walk over there. Then I got really tired, so I leaned towards the steps and lay there for a long time. Turn around.
After practicing, I was full of respect for the tower. Inside was a giant turtle. When I told the teacher mysteriously, he smiled lightly. There was nothing mysterious, it was just a circle. I naturally like to walk in circles, so I suddenly realized that it is easy to become superstitious when practicing this kind of exercise. Fortunately, I had a teacher to guide me.
After I understood the truth, I fell in love with spinning in circles. The middle process was sometimes very tiring. I repeated one action countless times. If I thought that I was adjusting a certain part, I would be patient. During those few days, my knees The joints begin to ache, and the shoulders and neck become severely crooked, indicating that there is a problem with the corresponding part.
The fun thing about self-circling is that as the body adjusts, the movements will change, and everything happens naturally.
Of course, my experience is very superficial, and it can be used as a reference for those who are just getting started, so that we can practice together with confidence.
