Legal analysis: 1. Civil liability for copying and distributing the copyright of musical works. The administrative penalties include: warning, ordering to stop making and distributing infringing copies, confiscation of illegal income, confiscation of infringing copies and production equipment and fines. According to the provisions of the Copyright Law, not only should we bear civil liability for acts of copyright infringement, but the copyright administrative authorities can also impose administrative penalties on the perpetrators. This kind of administrative punishment is actually an administrative legal responsibility pursued by the administrative organ against the infringer.

Legal basis: Article 52 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China commits any of the following acts of infringement, and shall bear civil liabilities such as stopping the infringement, eliminating the influence, making an apology and compensating for losses according to the circumstances: (1) publishing his works without the permission of the copyright owner; (2) publishing a work created in cooperation with others as a work created by oneself without the permission of the co-author; (three) did not participate in the creation, in order to seek personal fame and fortune, signed the work of others; (4) distorting or tampering with other people's works; (5) Plagiarizing other people's works; (6) Without the permission of the copyright owner, using a work by means of exhibition or filming of an audio-visual work, or using a work by means of adaptation, translation or annotation, unless otherwise provided for in this Law; (seven) the use of another person's work, which should be paid but not paid; (8) Renting the originals or duplicates of audio-visual works, computer software and audio-visual products without the permission of the copyright owners, performers or producers of audio-visual products, except as otherwise provided by this Law; (9) Using the layout design of books and periodicals published by the publisher without the permission of the publisher; (ten) without the permission of the performer, live broadcast or public transmission of his live performance, or recording his performance; (eleven) other acts of infringement of copyright and rights related to copyright.
