Shao music originated more than 5,000 years ago and was the music of the ancient Emperor Shun. It is a comprehensive Han classical music art that integrates poetry, music and dance. It is the highest-level and longest-used elegant music among Chinese court music. The ideological and moral models and cultural and artistic forms it produced have always influenced ancient Chinese civilization. Shao music is therefore known as "the first movement of China". It is a pity that it has been lost to history in modern times.
