What can patients call "cold to people, sometimes irritable"?
For patients who are indifferent to others and sometimes irritable, what can be called the precautions for hypertension?

The precautions for hypertension include the following points: (1) Reasonable diet; (2) moderate exercise; (3) Quit smoking and limit alcohol; (4) psychological balance; (5) self-management; (6) See a doctor on time.

First of all, a reasonable diet

1. The importance of diet to hypertension: Food is the most important thing for people. A reasonable diet can make you neither fat nor thin, and your cholesterol is neither high nor low.

2. The diet of patients with hypertension should be taboo:

(1) carbohydrate food:

Suitable for food-rice, porridge, noodles, noodles, Ge Fen, soup, taro and soft beans.

Foods that should be avoided-sweet potatoes (food that produces abdominal qi), dried beans, and biscuits with strong flavor.

② protein food-beef, lean pork, white meat fish, eggs, milk, dairy products (fresh cream, yeast milk, ice cream, cheese), bean products (tofu, natto, bean powder, oily tofu).

Foods to avoid-high-fat foods (pork belly, ribs, whales, herring, tuna, etc. of cattle and pigs. And processed products (sausages).

③ high-fat food

Suitable for food-vegetable oil, a little cream, salad dressing.

Foods to avoid-animal oil, lard, bacon, sardines soaked in oil.

④ Vitamins and mineral foods

Suitable food-vegetables (spinach, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, lily roots, pumpkins, eggplant and cucumbers) and fruits (apples, oranges, pears, grapes and watermelons).

Seaweed and fungi should be cooked before eating.

Foods to avoid-vegetables containing hard fiber (burdock, bamboo shoots, beans)

Strong vegetables (spicy vegetables, mangoes, mustard greens, onions, mustard greens)

⑤ Other foods

Suitable for food-light fragrant tea, yeast milk beverage

Foods to avoid-spices (Chili, curry powder)

Alcoholic beverages, salted food (adult vegetables, adult fish eggs)

Kimchi, coffee

Three Dietary Habits that Patients with Hypertension Should Pay Attention to

First of all, we should control energy intake, advocate eating complex sugars, such as starch and corn, and eat less glucose, fructose and sucrose. These sugars are monosaccharides, which are easy to cause hyperlipidemia.

② Limit the intake of fat. Choose vegetable oil when cooking, and you can eat more marine fish. Marine fish contains unsaturated fatty acids, which can oxidize cholesterol, thus reducing plasma cholesterol, prolonging platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombosis and preventing stroke, and contains more linoleic acid, which has a certain effect on increasing microvascular elasticity, preventing vascular rupture and preventing hypertension complications.

③ Appropriate intake of protein. The daily protein of patients with hypertension is per kilogram of body weight1g. Eating fish protein 2-3 times a week can improve blood vessel elasticity and permeability, increase urinary sodium excretion, and thus lower blood pressure. If hypertension is complicated with renal insufficiency, the intake of protein should be limited.

④ Eat more foods rich in potassium and calcium but low in sodium, such as potatoes, eggplant, kelp and lettuce. Foods with high calcium content: milk, yogurt and shrimp skin. Eat less broth, because the increase of nitrogen-containing extract in broth can promote the increase of uric acid in the body and increase the burden on the heart, liver and kidney.

⑤ Limit the salt intake: it should be gradually reduced to less than 6g every day, that is, after the rubber cushion is removed from the ordinary beer bottle cap, the salt is about 6g. This amount refers to the amount of salt, including the total amount of sodium converted into salt in edible salt and other foods. Proper reduction of sodium intake is helpful to lower blood pressure and reduce the retention of sodium and water in the body.

6. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat no less than 8 Liang of fresh vegetables and 2 to 4 Liang of fruits every day.

⑦ Appropriately increase the intake of seafood: such as kelp, laver, seafood fish, etc.

Second, moderate exercise.

The importance of exercise to hypertension: There is a saying: "You can exchange health for money when you are young, and you can exchange health with exercise when you are old." Exercise can not only promote blood circulation and reduce cholesterol production, but also enhance the occurrence of muscle, bone and joint stiffness. Exercise can increase appetite, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, prevent constipation and improve sleep. Have the habit of continuous exercise: it is best to do aerobic exercise to assist. Aerobic exercise can lower blood pressure and lose weight, such as walking, jogging, Tai Ji Chuan, cycling and swimming.

1, exercise precautions:

(1) don't be too strong or too tired, take a step-by-step way to increase the amount of activity.

2 pay attention to the surrounding environment and climate: summer: avoid the time when the sun shines at noon; Winter: Keep warm to prevent stroke.

Wear comfortable and sweat-absorbent clothes: Choose cotton fabrics and sports shoes.

④ Choose safe places: such as parks and schools, not in the driveway or roadside.

⑤ When exercising, don't eat on an empty stomach to avoid hypoglycemia. It should be 2 hours after dinner.

2, the taboo of sports.

Stop exercising when you are sick or uncomfortable.

② It is not advisable to exercise when you are hungry or one hour after a meal.

③ Don't stop immediately during the exercise, but follow the steps of the exercise plan.

(4) If you feel uncomfortable during exercise, stop immediately.

Smoking cessation and alcohol restriction

Smoking can lead to high blood pressure. Studies have proved that after smoking a cigarette, the heart rate increases by 5 per minute.

-20 beats/min, systolic blood pressure increased 10-25mmhg. Why is this? Because nicotine in tobacco leaves will excite the central and sympathetic nerves, accelerate the heart rate, and at the same time promote the adrenal gland to release a large amount of catecholamines, so that arterioles contract, leading to an increase in blood pressure. Nicotine can also reflexively raise blood pressure through chemoreceptors in blood vessels. Heavy smoking will also promote atherosclerosis of the aorta, and the intima of the arteriole will gradually thicken, which will gradually harden the whole blood vessel. At the same time, because the content of carbon monoxide hemoglobin in the blood of smokers increases, the oxygen content in the blood decreases, the intima of arteries is anoxic, and the oxygen content in arterial wall fat increases, which accelerates the formation of atherosclerosis. Therefore, quitting smoking for people without hypertension can prevent the occurrence of hypertension, and people with hypertension should quit smoking more.

Compared with smoking, the advantages and disadvantages of drinking alcohol are controversial. From time to time, there are various reports, some say that a small amount of drinking is beneficial and some say it is harmful, but one thing is certain, a large amount of drinking is definitely harmful, and high concentration of alcohol will lead to arteriosclerosis and aggravate high blood pressure.

Fourth, psychological balance.

The psychological manifestations of patients with hypertension are nervousness, irritability and emotional instability, which are the causes of high blood pressure. Patients can cultivate good adaptability to the natural environment and society by changing their own behavior, avoid emotional excitement and excessive tension and anxiety, and be calm when things go wrong; When you have a lot of mental stress, you should find ways to release it, talk to your relatives and friends or encourage you to take part in relaxing extracurricular activities, and devote your spirit to music or flowers to keep you in the best state, so as to keep your blood pressure stable.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) manages itself.

1, measure blood pressure regularly, at least every 1-2 weeks.

2. The treatment of hypertension should adhere to the "three hearts", namely confidence, determination and perseverance. Only in this way can we prevent or delay the damage to important organs of the body.

3. Take antihypertensive drugs regularly. If you don't reduce or stop taking drugs at will, you can adjust according to the current condition under the guidance to prevent blood pressure from rebounding.

If possible, you can bring your own sphygmomanometer and learn to measure your blood pressure yourself.

Besides taking proper medicine, we should also pay attention to the combination of work and rest, pay attention to diet, exercise properly, keep emotional stability and get enough sleep.

6. The blood pressure of the elderly should not be rushed, and the blood pressure should be controlled at -mmhg to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.

7, the elderly at the same time take norepinephrine nerve endings blocking drugs, to prevent hypotension.

8, there is no need to strictly prohibit sexual life: pay attention to the following situations, it is not appropriate to have sexual life. 1 Don't do things immediately afterwards. You should forbid drinking and having sex. If you feel dizzy, chest tightness and other discomfort, stop sexual life and seek medical advice in time.

See a doctor on time.

① After taking the medicine, the blood pressure rises or falls too low, and the blood pressure fluctuates greatly. ③ If you have dizziness, nausea and vomiting, blurred vision, hemiplegia, aphasia, disturbance of consciousness, dyspnea, limb weakness and other symptoms, you should seek medical attention immediately. If the condition is critical, please call the emergency center.

Dietary methods of patients with hypertension;

1. sangcan

Diet arrangements should be less and more meals to avoid overeating; Hypertensive patients are often obese and must eat low-calorie foods. The total calories should be controlled at around 8.36 megajoules per day. The daily staple food is grams, and animal protein and plant protein each account for 50%. Hypertensive patients without nephropathy or gout can eat more soybeans, peanuts, black fungus or tremella and fruits. Dinner should be light and light, too much greasy food can induce stroke. Edible oil should be vegetable oil containing vitamin E and linoleic acid; There is no candy. Eat more high-cellulose foods, such as bamboo shoots, green vegetables, Chinese cabbage, wax gourd, tomato, eggplant, bean sprouts, jellyfish, kelp, onions, and a small amount of fish, shrimp, poultry meat, skim milk powder, egg white and so on.

2. Low salt

The amount of salt per person per day should be strictly controlled at 2-5 grams, that is, about one spoonful. The amount of salt should also be subtracted from the sodium contained in cooking soy sauce. 3 ml of soy sauce is equivalent to 1 g of salt. Salted vegetables (sauces), fermented bean curd, bacon (eggs), pickled products, clam shells, dried shrimps, preserved eggs, chrysanthemums, grass heads, water spinach and other vegetables are all high in sodium, so we should try to eat less or not.

3. High potassium

Foods rich in potassium can resist sodium-induced hypertension and vascular injury, and can be used frequently in recipes. Uot displays & uot. This kind of food includes beans, mushrooms, black dates, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, potatoes, bamboo shoots, lean meat, fish and poultry, root vegetables such as amaranth, rape and green onions, and fruits such as bananas, dates, peaches and oranges. Fish No matter what kind of hypertension patients, fish is the first choice, because epidemiological survey found that people who eat fish once a week have significantly lower heart disease mortality than those who don't eat fish.

5. Fruits and vegetables

The human body needs B vitamins and vitamin C every day, and it can be satisfied by eating more fresh vegetables and fruits. Some people argue that eating 1-2 apples a day is good for health, and fruits can also supplement calcium, potassium, iron and magnesium.

Calcium supplement

Some people let hypertensive patients take 1 g calcium every day, and after 8 weeks, they found that their blood pressure dropped. Therefore, we should eat more foods rich in calcium, such as soybeans, sunflower seeds, walnuts, milk, peanuts, fish and shrimp, red dates, fresh potherb mustard, garlic sprouts, seaweed and so on.

7. Iron supplementation

It is found that the plasma iron in elderly hypertensive patients is lower than normal, so eating more iron-rich foods, such as peas and fungus, can not only lower blood pressure, but also prevent anemia in the elderly.

drink water

Natural mineral water contains essential trace elements such as lithium, strontium, zinc, selenium and iodine. After boiling, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc beneficial to human body will be obviously reduced due to precipitation, so it is suitable for drinking raw water that meets the standard. Tea contains tea polyphenols, and the content of green tea is higher than that of black tea. It can prevent the oxidation of vitamin C, help the utilization of vitamin C in the body and eliminate harmful chromium ions. In addition, it also contains trace elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and fluorine. Therefore, brewing 4-6 grams of tea every day (equivalent to 2-3 cups of tea bags) is beneficial to the human body.

The above dietary principles will be beneficial to health if patients with hypertension can implement and persevere.

9. Scientific diet controls blood pressure.

Although essential hypertension cannot be cured, it can be effectively controlled. A reasonable diet helps to keep blood pressure stable. A reasonable diet refers to a diet with high cellulose, low salt and low fat, and should eat more fruits, vegetables and grains.

First of all, you can use salt-free condiments to make food more delicious and eat less processed foods, because these foods contain more sodium and salt.

Secondly, some drinks such as cola can raise blood pressure for a period of time, while drinking a small amount of red wine every day, such as a glass a day, can lower blood pressure, but excessive drinking will aggravate high blood pressure.

In addition, the researchers found that vitamins and trace elements also help to lower blood pressure. I suggest you eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, such as potassium in bananas, which will help lower blood pressure. It is also proved that daily intake of mg of calcium and mg of magnesium is beneficial to the treatment of hypertension. Many kinds of rapeseed, nuts, soybeans, peas and dark vegetables are rich in calcium and magnesium.

Why only "lose your temper" with your lover? The nameless fire in love has a psychological explanation for why we are always hesitant and angry in front of our lover. After a long time, in your subconscious, you and your lover are in a "definite" relationship. You are completely confident that no matter what you do, as long as you don't cross the other person's bottom line, the other person will never leave you. Therefore, it is harmless to lose your temper with big ladies/big men once in a while. What's more, the way you get along with each other is gradually taken for granted by you. When you lose your temper, you will only pick the people closest to you and take them as the object of venting. Therefore, family members (especially parents who love themselves) are the most vulnerable group after lovers. It is not appropriate to lose your temper often. Sometimes, the girl's temper is cute, and the boy's temper is classified as unreasonable (sorry, this view of inequality between men and women often appears in love relationships). But in any case, no one likes to date someone who pulls a long face all day and loses his temper for no reason. People who often complain about everything are not necessarily good companions. The final negative energy will make people feel depressed and have difficulty breathing in minutes. The trilogy of "losing one's temper, getting angry and making up" is actually an emotional dependence of human beings. When two people get along for a long time, it is inevitable that they will complain about each other and find fault with each other. Perhaps the love between them has not changed, but it is getting closer to each other's true colors. So, how can we tell which quarrel is temporary? If you find that you are often angry with your lover, but you can recover quickly and even forget the origin of your anger, then these are at best empty fires in love, so you should cultivate your temper. If your lover loses his temper, TA actually ... you drink and smoke and sTAy up late, and your lover loses his temper because ta is worried about your health and wants to be healthy with you and grow old together. You forgot the anniversary, and your lover lost his temper with you because t a cares about your relationship, because you are not a one-time passerby in TA's mind. You go home at night and your lover nags, because TA is afraid that you will have an affair alone. ..... Love is a matter of two people, so we should be considerate of each other. It is also a great happiness to have someone around you who occasionally makes you lose your temper. Please cherish. Otherwise, you can only sigh when you look at those single men and women in the street and want to find a companion to lose your temper. Recently, I saw a pertinent golden sentence on the Internet: "Love is not a lifetime without quarreling, but a lifetime together after quarreling." This is the key to a long-term relationship. I want to give this to couples who have quarreled because of their lover's temper.

Being cold to people, losing your temper and hearing voices, what's the matter? Depression also has these symptoms. It is recommended to see a psychologist and adjust yourself appropriately.

Why are you cold and angry? If you lose your temper, it is recommended to see a psychiatrist. From a medical point of view, this is indeed a psychological problem. Of course, if you can face it calmly, or if you think you have no problem, you don't have to struggle.

Why do soldiers get irritable easily? First, soldiers are trained in the army to be resolute and efficient. He is anxious when he sees that others are not as good as he wants.

Second, I have a bad temper. Anyway, I am depressed and want to vent, but I can't help it. In fact, his heart is not bad, but his temper has come up.

Although there is no reward for this question, I will accept your answer. However, I hope you can be a better military wife to your wife!

Being quick in your wits and losing your temper often is the basis to eliminate confusion and irritability, relieve psychological pressure, establish a life path and establish good living habits and attitudes.

1. Life is only a hundred years, so it is better to be a relaxed person-don't rush for success, don't be tired of trifles, and take a step back.

2. Only by keeping inner peace can you feel relaxed-content with happiness, indifferent to fame and fortune, tolerant of others, and learn to be calm.

Be kind to yourself and you will feel more relaxed-accept yourself, applaud yourself more, learn to rest and vent your troubles in life.

To be an easy person, you need to learn to enjoy life.

It is inevitable to encounter some unpleasant things in life, but sometimes you just need to look at the problem from another angle and face it optimistically, and there will be a scene of "another village" in front of you. This requires discovering and creating the beauty of life and learning to enjoy life.

Why are women called bitches when they lose their temper? And can a man who loses his temper be called a man with courage? This is just your one-sided statement. For example, I don't think so. It's all the same to lose your temper. What's wrong with a bitch or something?

Adopt it

Why do women love coquetry, but sometimes they lose their temper? Women in love are like men, and men in love are like coquettish women. In order to make you love her more, because women are small-minded, they will give full play to their imagination when they encounter a little thing, and finally they will lose their temper if they think badly. Psychological counselors say that a woman is an emotional animal. She is emotionally sensitive and vulnerable. When two lovers have an argument, a woman's emotional fragility will be manifested as a love of losing her temper. Women's endurance is relatively small, and they still feel weak in their hearts. Once some things are unbearable, they will look for an outlet, and the boyfriend around them will naturally become the object of venting, so as to fully reflect the generosity of men! Otherwise how can men and women be different!

Why do people lose their temper? Can people lose their temper? Because something went wrong! Losing your temper is not good for people!

Why does the author sometimes call the tree "he" and sometimes "it"? 15. Why does the author sometimes call the tree "he" and sometimes the tree "it"? (4 points)

Answer: (1) Call him "He", and emotionally treat the tree as a person and as his friend.

⑵ Call it: objectively introduce the living environment of the big tree.

The World of Apu

At the end of winter, we went to the North Coast to visit an old friend of my father. He is older than grandpa and dad combined. As for how big? I can't figure it out and I don't want to guess. Anyway, he still looks strong and can grow. He lives near the mouth of a river in Jinshan. He is a big tree that grew up watching Jinshan Township.

What kind of tree? This is a sparrow tree. There are usually many flesh-red berries on the branches of banyan trees. Birds in the flat like to gather there, so it should also have many bird friends. There are also many banyan trees near the estuary, all about the same size as this one. I feel that this estuary should be a place where big trees grow in groups, just like a clustered swamp.

The base of this big tree is big enough for four people to hug, and all its leaves are gone, leaving only a fat trunk and dead branches stretching out into the cold sky. Dad used to go to Jinshan to watch birds. Once, I made a rough statistics on it, and there were more than a dozen plants boarding on it, such as Rumex, Rat Grass, Yellow Quail, Portulaca oleracea and so on. , will be found. But people nearby are not very nice to it. They wrapped wires around it, hung fishing nets to dry, and abandoned empty cans and bottles piled up in tree holes between tree trunks. We visited this old friend carefully, and there were some red buds on its dead branches, ready to earn the sky. Come back next month, it must be Jyukai!

There is also a drooping companion beside him, who has probably been dead for some time. A new small banyan tree grows oval and pale yellow leaves from the dead tree, symbolizing the endless reproduction of new life.

We cleaned the hole in the tree and secretly pulled down the fishing net. Then, before you leave, pay tribute and pray to the tree. I want to know when to visit him again next time. Perhaps, at that time, you are old enough to climb on his shoulder, stand on his shoulder and watch the blue ocean.

The death of two big trees

Every spring, I will go to Jinshan as promised and visit that big tree. Fig trees that may have appeared in Dutch times.

I took my children to junior high school last year. We have been going there regularly since kindergarten. On one occasion, I also took a group of sixth grade children. They excitedly surrounded it hand in hand, surrounded by six people.

I wonder what kind of description this spring will be. The closer I get to it, the more I can't bear to hold complex expectations. But who would have expected that when I arrived at the fishing village, I turned around as usual and went in with a probe, only to find that the old tree was gone. Where the big tree once stood, only the empty cement floor, a deep well and the red brick house that once accompanied it were left.

How did this happen? I gasped in surprise. Looking ahead, the old tree actually has only residual roots left, and the whole tree is gone. The remaining roots are rotten, mixed with a little soil. The villagers seem to think that this is fertile soil, which is used as a vegetable field and is full of red cabbage.

I looked around again. Next to me, a huge tree trunk with lost skin was lying on the grass, and some discarded garbage remained on the tree. Isn't that a big tree?

I went to check and stood up straight. After a long time, I still refused to believe this fact. A big tree often has a life span of more than 100 years, not to mention the banyan tree. It is often regarded as an important ancient tree by villagers, worshipped or listed as a protected tree. What a coincidence, this lush tree died suddenly without warning.

Inquiring about the house next to the narrow alley, I met an old woman, squatting at the door doing nothing. She told me that the old tree died by itself. She also pointed to the nearby park and said that there was one nearby before, and it died inexplicably.

I went back to where the big tree stood and looked around carefully. In addition to a part of it turned into rotten wood, there was a small piece of tree root left, which showed that it was obviously eaten badly by insects before its death. At the same time, because it is surrounded by concrete floors, this may also be the reason why it ended its life early. The cement was laid only a few years ago, and the more you look at it, the more angry you get. I wanted to blame this reason for the death of Dashu, because I really couldn't find a better reason.

What should I answer when the children ask about the big tree in the future? Should I tell them the present situation honestly? The tree is dead, how to better educate children? On the way home, I was a little lost, but I am also very grateful to Dashu for giving me the opportunity to visit Jinshan every time I go back and be friends with it for life.
