If your phone automatically deletes downloaded multimedia files (videos/music/pictures), it is recommended that you try:
1. Check whether the software you are using has a new version to push information. If so, please upgrade the software to the latest version.
2. If it doesn’t work, try using other software to download videos and music.
3. If the downloaded multimedia files are still automatically deleted, please back up the data in your phone (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc.) and try to restore the machine to factory settings.
