Activities to be prepared
Sandbags (equal to the number of children), four groups of balance beams
Activity process
First, the beginning part:
1. With the music, the teacher organized the children to enter the activity venue and practice in formation, and the gymnastics formation of the big circle-small circle-dot-team four ended.
2. Listen to music and do warm-up exercises together.
Second, the basic part:
1, one sandbag per person:
1), the children play sandbags at will, and the teacher pays attention to observing the children's various ways of playing.
2) Practice in groups according to the children's sandbag play just now.
2. Introduce another way of punching sandbags: the pony crosses the river. Pony crossing the river: four groups of balance beams, one sandbag for each child. After hearing the password, the children put sandbags on their heads and raised their hands horizontally, waiting for the bridge-balance beam to reach the other end. Children can move freely or compete in groups.
Rule: If the sandbag falls or the child falls off the balance beam, it is a mistake.
3. The teacher demonstrates this action.
4. Children are free to practice lifting sandbags with their hands on the activity ground, and the teacher corrects incorrect actions in time.
5, children practice on the balance beam, pay attention to safety.
6. Group stage: Pony crossing the river.
7. Children's self-evaluation.
Third, the activity extension:
Discuss various methods of punching sandbags together.
Fourth, the last part:
Listen to music and relax with the teacher.
Teaching reflection
1, create the artistic conception of the story and stimulate the desire to learn.
In this class, I organize teaching with the fairy tale "Pony Crossing the River" as the background. At the beginning of the class, I briefly told the children the story of a pony who met a river on the way to the mill. The words of the squirrel and the old cow made him afraid to cross the river, so he had to go home and ask his mother. In the subsequent teaching, the teaching closely revolves around the story of "Pony Crossing the River", from the pony practicing skills, accepting tasks, meeting a big river and trying to cross the river, to celebrating the crossing of the river, allowing students to participate in the learning process as the protagonist of the story, fully mobilizing children's enthusiasm for learning and integrating teachers, children and teaching content.
2. Excavate the connotation of life and release students' minds.
Children's spirituality is also the nature of students, and children's world is a world full of spirituality. Children are naturally creative, depending on whether your teacher gives them a chance. Providing more development space for children is an important weight for me to design this class. In the teaching process, while grasping the main textbook, I neglected the auxiliary textbook, leaving more creative space for children. I think children's creativity is infinite, and children will like it very much, because it is their own method, the result of their cooperation and the crystallization of their creation.
3, skillfully set up learning disabilities to practice life skills.
Although prosaic can make children learn easily, it often makes them feel boring. This lesson skillfully sets learning obstacles according to children's characteristics, so that children can have conflicts between new needs and old levels, thus learning better. So, I designed such a question: "If you are that pony, can you cross the river?" This question will certainly arouse students' interest in learning and inspire their thinking. They will use their existing life experience to think, practice and even put problems into real life to solve. In this way, the classroom and life are organically combined, so that children can exercise their life skills while solving problems.

Activity reflection:
This "quality class" activity is over, and I didn't know there was such a big loophole in the class until I went there. So summing up is also a profound reflection on yourself. Take this as a warning, continue to carry forward the good and correct the bad. In the activity, 95% of the children mastered the story, and 80% of the children understood the truth in the story. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed as follows:
First of all, put the difficulties ahead to make a breakthrough.
The language of the story is easy to understand, the plot is vivid and interesting, and the story contains profound truth. There is deep and shallow relativity, which is difficult for children to understand. So I mentioned this difficulty to make a breakthrough. I showed the children pictures of three small animals, compared and guided the height, and let the children understand the relativity between height and height.
Second, put forward the language of each character in the story for children to understand.
What the old cow and the little squirrel said in the story is actually very reasonable, but they should be understood from different angles, so in the activity, I guide the children to understand what they said from the physical characteristics of these animals and answer them with the original words in the story.
Third, courseware can't serve teaching well.
I made a courseware with Flash, and when I did it, I just wanted to show the children the main story. Maybe it's my connivance, or my level is limited. There is a big gap between the demonstration of courseware and the story, and the time is inconsistent. This is an incorrect view of children, without considering their acceptance.
Fourth, there is no regular training for children during the activity.
During the activity, some children were not sitting properly. Although some children understood the story, they could tell the truth. They just stood in the wrong position when answering questions, and stuttered (or said something) when answering, but I didn't notice it or correct it. This also exposed my lack of regulation and control ability, poor activity control ability, and unable to control the progress of the activity well, thus making this activity inferior.
In short, this activity made me realize my own shortcomings, made clear the direction I should work hard in the future, and learned many excellent practices like my colleagues. I think I will work harder in the future and form my own style in the organization of activities.
Through this lesson, I think teachers should not only prepare textbooks, but also prepare students. In the classroom, unexpected things may happen at any time, and teachers must have the ability to improvise.
