In accordance with the spirit of the Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GJSF [211] No.155), with the consent of Chongzuo Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, our school is scheduled to organize public recruitment of professional and technical personnel before May 3, 215, and plans to recruit 73 staff. In order to ensure the smooth completion of this open recruitment, this brief chapter is specially formulated.

1. Basic requirements for recruitment

III. Matters related to open recruitment

(I) Recruitment positions, numbers and conditions

(II) Time and place of registration

1. Time: May 5 to May 6, 215, from 9: am to 5: pm.

2. Location: Personnel Department of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities.

(III) Documents submitted

Applicants should provide ID cards, household registration books, graduation certificates (graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 215 should provide employment recommendation forms stamped by graduation schools), degree certificates (graduates in 215 should provide relevant certification materials issued by schools), and for on-the-job applicants, they should issue certificates that their units agree to apply for the exam and other relevant documents required for recruitment positions. (4) Interview

1. Determine the interviewer's method. After the end of the registration time, all departments and departments will cooperate with the Office of the Leading Group for Open Recruitment of the College to conduct a rigorous review, and determine the candidates for interviews according to the ratio of the number of recruits not less than 1: 3. For the short-term professional positions that cannot meet the prescribed ratio and are in urgent need of recruitment, the Leading Group for Open Recruitment of the College will report to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval in writing within 1 day after the registration. After the interviewer is confirmed, all departments and departments will report the list of interviewers and their information to the office of the leading group for open recruitment of the college for review. When verifying, the recruiting unit should carefully check the documents and materials provided by the applicants. The original documents and materials must be true and reliable. If the documents provided by the applicants (such as ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, admission ticket, professional and technical qualification certificate, original proof of relevant work experience and other related materials) are incomplete or untrue, the recruiting unit has the right to cancel the interview qualification of the applicants, and all responsibilities shall be borne by the applicants themselves. If the fresh college graduates are unable to provide the original academic qualifications and degree certificates in the qualification review stage, they should provide the relevant certification materials issued by their schools. In principle, those who still can't provide the original academic qualifications and degree certificates before July 31, 215 (publicity) will be treated as automatic abandonment of employment.

The recruiting unit must be serious and responsible for the verification of interviewers. If mistakes are made due to lax verification, the recruiting unit shall bear corresponding responsibilities.

7. The full score of the interview is 1. The interview score of 6 is qualified. Those who fail the interview shall not be identified as candidates for assessment.

(V) Assessment

1. Determine the assessment personnel. According to the interview results of the candidates in the recruitment position, from high score to low score, the assessment candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of recruits.

2. Assessment content. This paper mainly examines the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, diligence and integrity of the assessed object, and reviews the application qualifications and related materials of the assessed object. When assessing, all the assessment contents are quantified and compared. Only when the assessment score reaches 6 points or above and the evaluation grade is qualified or above can the assessment be qualified.

3. Assessment requirements. The members of the assessment team are composed of more than 2 recruiters. The assessment team should analyze the opinions of all parties, adopt a realistic attitude, accurately grasp the situation of the assessed object, and evaluate it comprehensively, objectively and fairly. After the assessment, written materials will be formed, and the assessment opinions will be clearly put forward and submitted to the leading group of the unit for discussion and approval. If the examination fails or the candidates give up automatically, the candidates will be replenished according to the interview results from high score to low score.

(VI) Physical examination

Physical examination refers to the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Gui Renfa [25] No.29) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Gui Renfa [27] No.39) If the physical examination is unqualified or the candidates give up automatically, they will be replenished according to the interview results from high score to low score.

Candidates are allowed to ask for re-examination when they are in doubt about the medical examination conclusion. Re-examination requirements should be put forward within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and the office of the leading group for open recruitment of the college will organize a re-examination in a hospital that meets the prescribed conditions, and the re-examination can only be carried out once. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

The physical examination is organized and implemented by the Office of the Leading Group for Open Recruitment of the College. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates. Those who pass the medical examination are determined as candidates to be hired.

(VII) Publicity

Before hiring, the candidates will be publicized on the website of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities for 7 days. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the personnel to be hired, the Office of the Leading Group for Open Recruitment of the College should review it in time. If it does not meet the requirements of the recruitment position or is fraudulent, the employment qualification will be cancelled (if the fresh graduates fail to provide the corresponding academic degrees and other documents at the time of registration, their employment qualification will be cancelled). After the proposed personnel are publicized, they will automatically give up their employment qualifications or fail to pass the publicity, and they will no longer be hired.

(VIII) Personnel Employment

1. For those who have no objection after publicity, the recruiting unit shall fill in the Audit Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Directly under Chongzuo City, and report it to the leading group for open recruitment of staff in Chongzuo City for approval, and then go through the employment and related procedures.

2. The employing unit and the employed personnel sign the Employment Contract for Personnel of Public Institutions. Post-employment management shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the state and the autonomous region.

IV. Organizational Discipline

(1) The college should implement the principle of "openness, equality, competition and merit selection", earnestly strengthen the leadership of recruitment, carefully organize, make careful arrangements and cooperate closely to ensure the orderly development of open recruitment.

(2) implement the challenge system. Anyone who has a husband-and-wife relationship, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations, or close affinity with the person in charge of the recruitment unit shall not be employed in the positions of secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection and supervision of the unit, and positions with direct leadership relations between superiors and subordinates. Relevant personnel in charge of recruitment and medical personnel for physical examination should also withdraw if they have the above-mentioned kinship with themselves during the open recruitment process.

(3) Strictly open the recruitment discipline. In any of the following circumstances, it will be severely dealt with:

1. Applicants forge or alter their certificates or certificates, or obtain the qualification for application by other improper means;

2. Applicants cheat or practise fraud in the process of examination, assessment and physical examination;

3. Recruiting staff instigate or condone others to cheat, or participate in cheating in the examination and assessment process;

4. The recruiting staff intentionally divulges the examination questions;

5. The staff responsible for recruitment violates the regulations, which affects the fairness and impartiality of recruitment;

6. Violation of other circumstances stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guirenshefa [211] No.155).

(4) The authorities in charge of open recruitment will not approve the illegal recruitment once it is verified; Those who have been employed shall be dismissed from the employment contract.

(5) Candidates who violate the open recruitment discipline or do not have the recruitment qualifications, practise fraud or conceal the real situation will be disqualified from the examination or employment, and will be prohibited from participating in the positions of the applied institutions and taking the civil service examination within two years.
