The name of the music played when the s6 finals reached bo5 was "Silver Scrapes".
This pure music was created by Danny McCarthy. It was originally created as the music for the 2012 League of Legends S2 World Finals. In 2016, it was remixed by Proto Shredanoid and included in Heroes. The League of Legends music mix album "War Hymn" is included, so this music will be played again in the League of Legends s6 finals.
The music "Silver Scrapes" has no lyrics, but it plays an important role in various "League of Legends" e-sports events.
The reason can be traced back to October 6, 2012. In the League of Legends S2 Finals Team WE played against CLG. There were constant pauses and restarts due to problems, and in the end the entire game was delayed for eight hours before it ended.
In the end, Team WE lost to CLG.EU 1:2, but after this game, Silver Scrapes began to often compete in the BO3 (best of three games) or BO5 (best of five games) knockout rounds. It is played in the Ban/Pick phase before the start of the third or fifth game (i.e. the deciding game), and "Silver Scrapes" has gradually come to mean "the deciding game" in the English LOL circle.
