San Diego Arms Square:

Arms Square is located in Santiago, the capital of Chile, a South American country. Surrounded by the most important religious, political and cultural institutions in San Diego. On the west side of the square is the largest and most magnificent cathedral in Chile, and on the north side is the State Post Bureau, the History Museum and the Santiago City Hall. There are also songs and dances, music and talk shows by folk artists in the square.

Santiago Cathedral:

San Diego Cathedral was built in 1748, and there was no bell tower in the original church. 1780, the bishop at that time recommended the Roman architect Joaquin to the Spanish royal family. Tosca renovated the facades of cathedrals and chapels, which were neoclassical. The two bell towers were completed at the end of 1800 one year after his death. There are three arched corridors in the church, each of which is more than 90 meters long. The remains of successive archbishops in Chile are kept in the cathedral.

San Diego Cathedral is a famous itinerant church, which existed as early as the Middle Ages. Related to the baroque style in architecture is the facade of the church. The basic elements of the facade are arched openings and decorative independent pilasters, which gradually reach a climax from bottom to top, from stretching to tension, showing the designer's superb composition skills. Like many buildings in Spain at the same time, the baroque style of the facade of Santiago Cathedral is obviously different from other parts of Europe. Many composition elements come from domestic traditions or architects, and the vertical composition of the central part of the facade is unique and belongs to a unique genre of baroque architectural style.

Ohiggins Street:

Among the trees and flowers in the street, there are lifelike and magnificent bronze statues, which mainly reflect the Chilean spirit of respecting history and tolerating others. The most beloved figure in people's hearts is Mr. Ekins, who named this street after himself. There is a grass garden in the middle of the street, with boulevards on both sides. There is a melodious fountain or a beautiful bronze statue at regular intervals. There are delicious seafood restaurants, colorful nightclubs and neon lights on the street, which make the originally quiet streets lively and bright.

There is the famous Jiefang Square at the west end of the street, the Constitution Square nearby, and Bagnaud Square at the east end of the street. There is an armed forces square in the city center. There are Catholic churches, main churches, post offices and town halls in urban and suburban areas; Chile has ancient Chilean universities, Catholic universities, national colleges, the largest library in South America (with a collection of 6.5438+0.2 million volumes), history museums, national galleries, miniature parks, bobo parks, zoos and historical sites.
