How to make music DVD discs
Here are some tips related to combustion. You can have a certain understanding of combustion by taking a look. Install a NERO recording software and a burner.

The specific steps of burning a CD are as follows:

Burn CDs easily with Nero

Nero burning ROM (hereinafter referred to as Nero) is an excellent burning software, which is not only simple to operate, but also very powerful. It is the first choice for users who are new to CD burning.

First, burn the ordinary data CD.

1. Select the disc type.

Copy the files to be burned to a new folder (such as a temporary burning folder), and insert the burning disc (CD-R or CD-RW) into the burner. When you start Nero, the first thing that appears is the Nero Wizard.

We choose "Edit New Disc". Then select "Data Disc → Edit New Data Disc" according to the prompt, and Nero wizard prompts us to click "Finish" to enter the main interface.

Tip: It is suggested that before burning, the C and D disks should be checked and sorted, and the system should be scanned with antivirus software.

2. Edit the burned file

In addition to the title bar, menu bar and toolbar, Nero's main interface has two windows similar to resource manager as workspaces-the window on the left is a burning window and the window on the right is a "file browser". As long as you find the file to burn in this window, and then drag it into the burning window on the left, you can edit the burned CD.

Take burning the data in the temporary burning folder of D disk as an example. First, we expand drive D in the file browser and select the temporary burning folder. At this point, all files in the file will appear in the window bar on the right side of the file browser.

Then select the file to burn in the file browser, hold down the left mouse button, and drag and drop it into the "Burn Window" on the far left side of the main interface.

Tip: You can also right-click the file or folder to be burned in the file browser, select Copy from the right-click menu, then move the mouse to the burning window, right-click the blank area of the window, and select Paste from the right-click menu.

When we add files to the burning window, a constantly changing blue line will appear in the information bar below the main interface, showing the total capacity of all files in the current burning window.

At present, the capacity of most burned CDs is 650MB, so there is a yellow marking line at the "650MB" of the information bar; However, the capacity of some burned CDs on the market is 700MB (the limit capacity of ordinary burned CDs), so there is a red "700MB" warning line in the information bar.

How to determine the capacity of burning discs? First of all, it can be determined by burning the performance label of the CD. Generally, burned CDs are marked with the words "650MB" or "700MB". In addition, it can also be detected by Nero: click "burner" in the menu bar and select "CD information" in the drop-down menu (shortcut key: Ctrl+I), and an information window will pop up soon.

3. Official incineration

After editing the burn file, you can start the official burn: click the (burn) button on the toolbar, or click "File → Write CD" to enter the burn interface.

Nero gave us three choices:

Test: Nero simulated burning to check whether there is any data error in the file to be engraved;

Test burning: firstly, simulate burning the file to be engraved, and then burn it officially after it is correct;

Burn: burn directly without analog burn. To ensure the success of burning, it is recommended to select "Test and burn".

Tip: When burning Nero, be sure to wait until Nero pops up the "burning complete" information window to confirm the burning completion. Don't press the eject button of the burner in the middle.

Second, burn music CDs.

It is the dream of many music lovers to burn their good songs into a "collector's edition" CD. After knowing how to burn a data disc, we can use Nero to burn such a disc.

Conventional burning software can only burn audio files in WAV format when burning CDs, while Nero is much more powerful-not only supports WAV, but also directly supports MP3.

After starting the Nero wizard, select Edit New CD, and then select Audio CD. At this time, the Nero wizard will prompt that it is not recommended to use CD-RW to make music CDs, because many stereos cannot read such CDs. After clicking the "Finish" button, you will enter the main interface-the file browser is still on the right side of the window, but the "Burn Window" on the left has changed to "Track" mode.

First, find the music files (audio files in WAV, MP3, DAT and other formats) that need to be burned through the file browser, and then drag and drop these files into the burning window on the left. Nero's transformation function is very powerful. When you drag and drop MP3 into the Burn Window, it has detected and converted MP3. At this time, the status bar will display the disc capacity and file information occupied by the audio track to be burned.

Nero's power is not only reflected in the conversion of audio format, but also comes with its own audio editing software-select a song in the "burning window" and click the "edit" button on the "burning window" to start Nero's audio editing software.

When you have finished editing the audio, click the Burn button on the toolbar to burn the CD.

Third, copy the CD.

First, insert the original disc (master disc) to be burned into the CD-ROM drive, and then insert the blank disc into the burner.

Start the Nero wizard, select Copy CD, and then determine the location of the source disk (select the optical drive where the source disk is located). One thing to note-there is a "quick copy" option in the lower left corner of the interface. When selected, Nero will directly burn files from the source disk to the burning disk when copying the CD. This mode is not recommended because direct replication is prone to problems.

Fourth, burn the startup CD.

Everyone is familiar with Windows 98 boot floppy disk. Simply put, the boot CD is the CD version of the boot CD. This CD can start the computer from the CD-ROM drive, so it is very practical to use it instead of the startup floppy disk.

1. Prepare to start floppy disk.

The bootable CD requires a third-party disk to provide the bootloader. First, prepare a Windows 98 startup floppy disk.

2. Set parameters

After starting the Nero Wizard, click "Close Wizard" in the lower right corner of the screen to enter Nero's "Expert Mode".

On the left side of the window is a function list box, in which function buttons such as CD-ROM, audio CD and VCD are placed in turn. When you click the button, the corresponding settings tab will appear on the right side of the window.

After inserting the Windows startup floppy disk into the floppy drive, click the' boot' button in the function list box, and seven related setting tabs will appear on the right side of the window. Among the seven tabs, the most important ones are the following options. Here is a brief introduction to the setting method and introduction.

① Boot: Nero can not only use the system floppy disk as the source of the boot program, but also use *. Img image file and hard disk system are used as the source disk of startup disk. However, these two operations are difficult, so it is recommended to use floppy disk as the source file, and do not enable Expert Settings at the same time.

②ISO: Select the second item-ISO Level 2 in File/Directory Name Length, Multi-byte in Character Set, and all three options under Relax ISO Limit.

③ Labeling: In this option, we can edit the volume label, system label, volume set and other information of the burned CD, but generally we just need to enter "volume label". There is a trick when entering labels-if you want to enter Chinese labels, you must first enter Chinese in Notepad, and then copy it from Notepad to the label bar.

④ Miscellaneous: Be sure to select two options under "Cache", otherwise it will be easy to make mistakes when burning.

⑤ Burn: This option is very important. First, the first three options under "Operation" should be selected, namely "Measure Maximum Speed", "Simulation" and "Write", but "Close CD" should not be selected; The default value can be used for "writing speed", and "once recording tracking" (the default value) is recommended for "writing mode".

After filling in the above parameters, click the "New" button and enter the Nero main interface. Needless to say, the following operation method is exactly the same as burning ordinary data discs.

Five, burning VCD discs

After starting Nero, enter "Expert Mode", then click the "VCD" button in the function list box on the left side of the new album window, and then set the parameters: select "PAL" as the encoding resolution in the VCD tab; Nero can also make VCD version 2.0, just set the parameters in the "menu" option. But for beginners, it is not necessary to make version 2.0 VCD. Therefore, novices are advised not to select "Allow Menu" in the menu options, and just click "New" to enter the main interface of the program.

In the "Burn Window", Nero automatically created several directories needed for VCD discs. All we have to do now is drag and drop the video file to be burned from the file browser to the "track" window in the lower left corner of the interface.

When dragging and dropping files, Nero will automatically detect the legality of the files, and it will give an alarm for MPEG files that do not meet the VCD standard.

Tip: If you burn multiple MPEG files, you must pay attention to the arrangement order of the files, and finally complete the burning work according to the general burning operation flow.

Six, burn multiple discs

Multi-segment recording is to divide an optical disc into multiple recording areas so that data can be written many times. For example, when burning a CD, you can burn a file of 100MB first, and then burn new data on the remaining space of the CD if necessary.

Start Nero to enter "Expert Mode", click the "ISO" button in the function list box, and select "Start Multi-segment Disc" in the "Multi-segment Disc" tab for the first time. Other settings should be set according to your own needs, but one thing should be noted-in the "Burn" tab, do not check "Close CD". Then edit the recording according to the general operation method.

If you need to add data to this CD in the future, first put the CD into the burner, then enter the expert mode, click the ISO function button, select Continue Multi-segment CD in the Multi-segment tab, and then click New to enter the main interface. At this point, you will find that all the original data in the burning disc are displayed in the "burning window". Now we just need to add new data as needed.

Tip: Burning multiple CDs is a very practical function, but it will waste some disk space because a special link area needs to be established on the CDs.

Seven, powerful super carving function

Is there any way for you to burn a 7 10MB file to a 700MB CD? Nero's "super-engraving" function can break through the capacity limit of conventional CD-R, allowing you to load 7 10MB or more on a 700MB burning disc.

To use this special function of Nero, we must first ensure that the recorder supports over-engraving. The specific detection method is: click "Burner → Select Burner" in the menu bar.

If the recorder supports over-engraving, we can experience this function: click File → Parameter Options to enter the parameter setting window, click its expert function tab, check "Turn on over-engraving function", and then set the range to be over-engraved. Note that the range of over-engraving should be set below 10% of the normal size, otherwise problems will easily occur.

After setting the parameters, it can be recorded according to the general recording method. It should be noted that the multi-segment recording mode cannot be used. After clicking the ISO function button, select "No Multi-section" in the multi-section tab, and then select "Close CD" in the recording tab to change the writing mode to "track".
