According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education, the interview for the qualification examination of primary and secondary school teachers in our province will begin in the second half of 20 19. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the matters needing attention and related conditions for applying for the exam

Important note: Postgraduate candidates who apply for residence permit this time must take the residence permit within the validity period to take the exam at the site (see Annex 1 for the exam locations in each city). Other candidates' registration information is subject to online review without on-site confirmation. Please read this announcement carefully before applying, and understand the relevant requirements and registration conditions before completing the registration procedures. If the follow-up links such as interview and confirmation cannot be completed due to false information or non-compliance with the registration conditions, all the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.

(1) Matters needing attention in applying for the exam

1. Candidates must register in person through the online registration system of China Education Examination, and be responsible for the accuracy of their personal information and registration information. Training institutions or school groups are prohibited from enrolling students. If there is any violation, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself. Students above grade three (including grade three) must be students from schools in Hebei Province and must register in the city where the school is located. Students from other provinces and universities are not allowed to register for the exam in Hebei Province.

2. Candidates who have passed the written test scores in all subjects in the categories reported and whose scores are within the validity period meet the interview registration conditions. The online registration system has the function of judging whether the written test scores of candidates meet the registration conditions, and candidates who fail the written test scores will not be able to register online further.

3.20 19 Candidates who pass the written test before the second half of the year need to re-register and fill in their personal information before the interview registration. Re-registration operation does not affect candidates' interview registration qualifications. 20 19 Candidates who pass the written test in the second half of the year do not need to re-register.

4. Candidates who forget the registration password can reset it in the following three ways.

(1) Self-service password reset

Candidates can reset their passwords by answering the "password protection questions" preset at the time of registration.

(2) SMS to get the password

Candidates can get the password by filling in the SMS of their mobile phone number when registering. Note: SMS is an important way for candidates to retrieve their passwords. During the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, please carefully change the mobile phone number and keep it open.

(3) Call the customer service of the test center.

Candidates can call the customer service telephone number of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education (customer service telephone number 0 10-82345677) to reset their passwords during working hours.

5. Photo requirements: my recent bareheaded front color ID photo; The photo size and format are jpg/jpeg, not exceeding 200 K; The photo shows the upper part of the examinee's head and shoulders with a white background. As the photos will be used for the admission ticket and examination certificate, please choose carefully when uploading photos.

6. After the candidate's personal online registration is completed, the registration page will be displayed as "pending review". After the online review by the staff (generally, the review time is 1-2 days), the registration page will be displayed as "to be paid". After the online payment is successful, the page displays "Payment Successful" and the interview registration is completed.

(II) Scope of registration

1. Graduates who meet one of the following conditions

(1) has a household registration in Hebei Province.

(2) Hold a residence permit within the validity period of Hebei Province.

2. Third-year pre-school students with secondary education level set up by institutions with school qualifications in Hebei Province (the major needs to be "two-way filing" in the provincial enrollment department and the provincial education administrative department) (see Annex 2 for the specific school name).

3. Students above Grade Three (including Grade Three) in full-time colleges and universities in Hebei Province.

(3) Registration conditions

1. Primary and secondary school teachers can only apply for an interview if they have passed the written examination of all subjects. 20 19 the written test results of teacher qualification examination in the second half of the year will be announced on 20 19 12 10. 2. To apply for the kindergarten teacher qualification examination, normal graduates should have a pre-school education major with a secondary education level (this major has been "two-way promoted") and above, and non-normal graduates should have a college degree or above.

3. To apply for the primary school teacher qualification examination, you should have a college degree or above.

4. To apply for the teacher qualification examination of junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, you should have a bachelor's degree or above.

5. To apply for the qualification examination of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, you should have a college degree or above.

(4) Place of application

1. Graduates with household registration or residence permit in Hebei Province should apply in the city where the household registration and residence permit are located (cross-city registration is not allowed).

2. Third-year pre-school students with secondary education level set up by colleges with school qualifications in Hebei Province must register at the school location.

3. Students in full-time colleges and universities in Hebei Province who are above grade three (including grade three) must apply for the exam at the school location.

Second, the timing.

Three. Interview content and theme

1. Interview content: The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is conducted through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration) and defense (or presentation). Follow the Standards for Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial) and the Examination Outline (Trial) (interview part), and mainly assess the applicant's basic teaching literacy such as professional ethics, psychological quality, gfd, speech expression and thinking quality, and basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Kindergarten interviews are not about specific topics.

The primary school interview is divided into 1 1 subjects, including Chinese, mathematics, English, social studies, science, music, sports, fine arts, primary school mental health education (supplementary), information technology (supplementary) and primary school general practice (supplementary).

The interview subjects in junior high school are the same as the third subject (subject knowledge and teaching ability) in written test, and are divided into 18 subjects: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology and morality, history, geography, sports and health, music, fine arts, information technology, history and society, science, mental health education (supplement) and Japanese (supplement)

The interview subjects in senior high school (including cultural courses in secondary vocational schools) are the same as those in written examination subject 3 (subject knowledge and teaching ability), and are divided into 17 subjects: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology and politics, history, geography, sports and health, music, fine arts, information technology, general technology, mental health education (supplement) and

The cultural courses in secondary vocational schools are the same as those in high schools.

The examination of "professional knowledge and teaching ability" for specialized courses and internship guidance in secondary vocational schools mainly adopts the combination of interview and written examination when necessary.

Confirmation of interview qualification line: total interview score 100. Candidates' scores are weighted and accumulated by the scores of each sub-item (the weights of each sub-item are specified in the interview examination outline). The qualified interview line is determined by the Provincial Department of Education.

Four. Interview procedure

Candidates arrive at the test center according to the specified time with the admission ticket and ID card, enter the waiting room to wait for the test, and participate in the interview according to the specified procedures.

Step 1: Choose a theme. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer randomly selects test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from two test questions, and other categories only have 1). After the examinee confirms, the computer prints the list of test questions.

Step 2: Prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with a list of test questions and lesson preparation paper to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The preparation time is 20 minutes.

Step 3: Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects two prescribed questions from the test database and asks the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Try talking/demonstrating. Candidates give lectures (or demonstrations) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan). The time is about 10 minute.

Step 5: Respond. The examiner asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate answers. The time is about 5 minutes.

Step 6: Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation software system after being signed by the team leader.

1. Candidates should arrive at the waiting room of the interview center with the printed admission ticket and ID card in advance.

8 candidates who apply for new subjects in primary schools, middle schools and secondary vocational schools (except general subjects in primary schools) should bring their own teaching materials. The interview procedure is as follows:

(1) The examiner specifies a chapter in the self-provided textbook as the interview content and writes it on the lesson preparation paper. (The comprehensive department of primary school draws questions for the question bank, so it is not necessary to bring your own textbooks.)

(2) Candidates prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

(3) Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selected two prescribed questions from the test database and asked the candidates to answer them, which took about 5 minutes.

(4) Candidates try to talk, the examiner asks questions around the content of the candidates' try to talk, and the candidates reply, totaling 15 minutes.

9. Candidates who apply for kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools (including secondary vocational education courses) do not need to bring their own textbooks except for new subjects.
