1. Prepare music. Regarding the insertion position of music, if we want to play it as soon as we open the PPT, then insert the music in the first slide;

2. After inserting the music, a small speaker icon will appear in the middle of the page , click the small speaker to select it, then the [Audio Tools] tab group will appear in the ribbon, switch to the [Playback] tab, find the [Audio Options] group, and check [Hide during show].

3. Still in the [Audio Options] group, check [Loop until stopped]; because you need to switch slides, you need to set "play across slides" in order to keep playing.

4. Then you can set the automatic switching playback of the slideshow. Find the [Switch] tab in the ribbon and click to open it. Find [Film Changing Method], check [Set Automatic Film Changing Time] and set the time. The time format is "minutes:seconds". The seconds can be accurate to 2 decimal places. For example, you want to set the switch after 3.75 seconds. Then the set time is "00:03.75".
