I personally prefer to use QQ, because I think QQ has more extended functions and is more interesting. From the following three aspects:

1. The advantages of both. As a social platform, WeChat has the advantages of simple interface, practical functions and easy operation. It has been loved by users since its launch and has gradually become a social software with a large number of users. At the same time, because it is more concise, it is mostly used in work scenarios, making it easier and faster to set up group rentals. The advantage of QQ is that it is more diverse. You can add others by nickname or account at will, and the expansion function is more powerful.

2. The differences between the two. There are differences in the starting points of the two softwares. In terms of positioning, WeChat focuses on a lifestyle, mainly for functions such as work and payment. It is relatively inferior in terms of transferring files and sharing life. QQ focuses on communication, focusing on the fun of chat, and has launched targeted functions such as small world, column expansion, and centimeter show to enrich the chat scene. At the same time, WeChat’s scanning function is powerful and can scan various QR codes, add official accounts, and make payments. Although QQ also has such functions, there are relatively few applicable scenarios.

3. Users have different needs. In addition, the users targeted by the two software are different. Although WeChat is more concise, it has lost interesting functions and can only be used as a communication software, which is more suitable for office workers and the elderly. QQ retains various communities, including interest communities and game communities, as well as functions such as discovering nearby people. It is obviously more focused on communication. For working people, WeChat is obviously more professional and has a cleaner interface when it comes to establishing groups. From the perspective of sharing life, the circle of friends is more private. Only the same friends can view each other's comments. At the same time, the transmission function of WeChat is inferior to that of QQ, and the file transmission is smaller and more troublesome.
