Every semester, the school requires all teachers to subscribe to education and teaching newspapers at their own expense, so as to keep abreast of teaching trends and grasp the pulse of the times. In this issue, all teachers subscribe to nearly 60 kinds of newspapers and magazines.
(3) Printing and distributing study notes
In order to carry out reading activities, the Academic Affairs Office specially designed and printed business study notes, which were uniformly distributed to each teacher, requiring each teacher to read at least one book that is conducive to improving the theoretical literacy of education and teaching every semester, and make good reading notes. At the end of the semester, the vice principal in charge of teaching will check the registration as a reference for school-based training.
2. Students study.

The Academic Affairs Office arranges a reading class every week, in which Chinese teachers guide students to read classic works, and ask students to make more comments and write about their feelings after reading, so as to cultivate the habit of writing while reading, help them create a good reading atmosphere and cultivate students' reading interest.
(4) Organize reading and essay writing activities.
In response to the school's call, the Academic Affairs Office launched an essay-writing and Putonghua speech contest, which brought together three hot spots: reading, being a man and Putonghua, which can reflect the comprehensive quality of high school students in the new era, guide students to improve themselves through reading, help students express their feelings through words, and encourage students to show their elegance on the stage, thus activating their extracurricular cultural life and improving the quality of school education.
The theme and slogan of this reading festival is "ignite reading passion and build a scholarly campus together". Under the guidance of school leaders, class teachers and Chinese teachers, the students carried out various reading activities, and they talked with masters and interacted with nobles. Collide with great men and motivate yourself to move forward. There are books everywhere on campus, and students grow up happily in reading. Our specific activities are as follows:

After consulting the Chinese teacher, each student chooses a book that is meaningful to him. The librarian borrows it from the library, or the students go to the bookstore to buy it themselves. Students are required to take good reading notes and write down their reading feelings during reading.

We know that "books are the ladder of human progress", the spiritual food of human beings, and the most comfortable leisure way when we read intensively. During the reading festival, our class organized students to publish a reading tabloid in various ways, and finally selected five excellent handwritten newspapers to participate in the school's awards. Tea tasting pays attention to the environment, and so does reading. The reading club provides us with a good reading environment. It can be seen that all civilizations are products of non-freedom, and reading should not be too loose and too free.
